I will NOT hold any rat without a down payment. Down payment is non refundable and will go towards the full price of the rat.
I do not make any money doing this. Every penny that comes into the Rattery goes directly back into the care of the rats.
If you can no longer take care of a rat that you have adopted from me I will take them back. No questions. No refund.

I accept paypal as a way to except deposits, you must use family and friends to pay the full price. When babies are ready I except cash for the rest that is owed.
I breed for great temperament before anything else. I have been working on the same line for almost 5yrs and I am loving how wonderful all my rats are.
Please bring your own carries as I don't have any for my customers yet. When I do I will update about it soon and charge and extra $5.
I will be charging $10 for traveling from here on out. It takes time and putting babies in the carrier and getting out to the location(s). I have to make time to travel and stop what im doing if things aren’t scheduled properly. If you would like to avoid paying extra you are always welcome to come and pick up your baby from a location we like to go to called Maverick.
I no longer let anyone into my rattery after having way to many rude individuals and a past outbreak of mites in my old place after helping someone out with their pets. I didn't know what I was getting into after having them. I love helping people but when I get screwed over like that I will stop all together. We have moved since then and I have not had an issues, but have stocked up on everything I need just in case.
