Northwest SPCA The Northwest SPCA promotes animal welfare in the city of Oroville and the unincorporated areas of Butte County. Kennel visitation begins at 10 am.

We are open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM, closed from noon to 1 PM for lunch. Saturdays we are open from 11 AM to 3 PM. We are closed for all major holidays. If you have any questions, please call us at 530-533-7636 or email at [email protected]

The Fur-ever Friends Pet Pageant in Downtown Oroville Friday night, put on by Bird Street Vendors, was awesome! So much fun! All of these sweet fur-babies had a blast strutting their stuff for the crowd - howling on que, dancing, hand shaking, and just being super duper cute... they were all winners in our eyes!

We are so very grateful for the generous donation of just under $300 from all of the entry fees and community generosity.

Today is the day ! Everyone is welcome to come and watch! We have at this time 11 dogs, more can come. We are accepting donations to SPCA! All the money accepted for this event has been donated to SPCA! Thank you!
