It’s a nugget.. Welcome Hanzo to the Lucky Chance Rescue family! He is 7 weeks old (so they say), loves to cuddle and supposedly is a mix of chihuahua/dachshund/beagle (🤷‍♀️). He is tiny! He has a foster but will be available to adopt in a month or so!

Sweet, Sweet BRUMER... This boy has been overlooked for over 10 months!! He's been with us since 02/09/2024 when we pulled him from a rural pount just before his euthansia day!! He's not even getting applications from families that will be a good fit for him. He doesn't need much, just a fenced yard, a dog friend and lots of LOVE!

Brumer is a wonderful, smart and very energetic boy. He is the perfect combination between playful and cuddly. He loves to do zoomies, play tug o’ war, and play fetch so a fenced yard would be needed. He would love a family that has another dog as he loves playing and cuddling with his dog friends. If you want a cuddle buddy to snuggle you on the couch, he's your boy!!

He is very smart and knows most commands. He is housebroken, crate trained and very eager to please his people. Where are all our fluffy big dog lovers??? Daisy Duke is a two year old Great Pyrenees mix with a big personality. Daisy is a sweet, loving girl who wants nothing more than a family of her own to love.

She is playful and is dog and people friendly! She enjoys chewing benebones, carrying her stuffies around in her mouth, and snuggles on the sofa. She loves to run and play and needs a good amount of daily exercise, an active, well trained, playful dog friend would be perfect for her!. A fenced yard would be ideal as she really enjoys spending time outside.

Daisy is housebroken, crate trained and knows some basic commands like sit and off. She sleeps in her crate at night and has done well with that. Daisy needs a patient family who understands that she is a Pyrenees mix, not a doodle and understands how that impacts her personality. An adoptive family with experience with guardian breed dogs or one who is willing to learn would be a plus.

We all know not all dogs are "Perfect" and some have their little quirks that need work! Daisy is no different. She needs to work on keeping her paws on the floor and not on the counter! She is working on improving her house manners but a stick of butter sitting out is a delicious treat for her and she won't hesitate to grab it off the counter the minute you turn your back! A tidy home with laundry put away will keep her from finding socks, underwear and towels to chew on when she is restless and bored! Toys, bones, and things to keep her busy will help, and of course, continued training is important for her!

Even with these challenges, Daisy responds very well to attention and praise and is highly food motivated, making training a lot easier! Daisy is very playful and social so someone home more often than not would be great for her. She literally wants to be wherever you are. She really is a loving girl who deserves to find a family to give her all the love, a big yard, a dog friend and lots of exercise! This sweet, spunky 1-year-old Shih Tzu is looking for her forever family! Lula is a happy, affectionate little girl who loves cuddling with her humans and playing with her doggy friends—no matter their size! Big dog, little dog, it doesn’t matter; she’s always ready for fun with her fur friends. Another dog in her forever home would be perfect for her! She is definitely not a couch potato, and needs to have a yard to run and play.

When she’s not playing, you can find her curled up in your lap, soaking up all the love and affection she can get. Though she may be a little reserved when meeting new people, which is pretty typical for the breed; Lula is an outgoing, friendly, and playful pup once she feels comfortable.
