This is something I’ve been wanting to offer for SO long and saved SO much for. I can now engrave!!!
This has been a steep learning curve for me and still is, but I’m starting to get the hang of it 😊
Engraving offers many more fonts, designs, and styles giving a totally different look. I love and will still be making hand stamped tags (they’re my favourite! 😅).

From now until the end of August I’m offering an intro price of 2/$15 engraved tags as I further learn the art of engraving.

Since I had to temporarily close Out of the Woods Goods due to a broken hand, a LOT has happened.

I’m now a fiancée, and wedding planning is in full swing! My beloved dressage horse suffered a severe career-ending injury and was forced to retire on indefinite stall rest. And finally, I have now graduated as a veterinarian.

Thanks for bearing with me these past couple months. So much to look back on and look forward to. And it feels good to be making tags again!

I have sadly broken my hand and will be unable to make tags for several weeks. I apologize for the inconvenience, especially with show season rolling around!
This puts a real damper on one of my busier seasons in many aspects, tags included, so I am devastated.
I’ll be eager to get back to blinging out your horses again soon!

Little peak into my day! I love doing Christmas ornaments as I get play around with some texturing on the metal! Adds that extra special touch of detail! I have a few Christmas tree ornaments in silver and gold left! $25 each, includes up to 5 names 🎄

Finishing touches 🥰🐾 There are so many rhinestones colours that can be encrusted into any metal plate for only $1 each.

I am often asked how long my tags last for, so here’s a quick example! I made this tag two years ago for my horse, Griz. The flysheet was worn almost all summer/early fall, then put away in storage. It was recently professionally washed with the tag still attached. Besides some minor scratching, the tag is in excellent condition. No bending, rusting, etc. and Griz will continue to wear this tag! I use high quality metals, and I learned that brass and aluminum are most durable for outdoor wear and tear. I have found that sometimes the stainless steel rings sometimes show minor rust, but rings are easily replaceable and I include a couple extra ones in orders. If you have any questions prior to placing an order, please do not hesitate to reach out!
