🌱SPROUTS VS MICROGREENS 🌱

⚡️2024⚡️Day 72/366 I really enjoy growing - and eating , juicing ,sharing both! 😜

Growing and Using Sprouts, Microgreens and Wheatgrass was an important part of the natural protocol we decided to follow throughout the breast cancer healing journey.

The act of growing our own food/ medicine - empowered, soothed and fueled us physically, emotionally and mentally.

And as a breast cancer survivor living in New York - it just makes sense to continue growing and empowering others to do the same!

It’s a simple and inexpensive way to take care of yourself, protect your body from toxins and stay strong.

Some of my favorites:

Sprouted Mung beans and Lentils

Sprouted Broccoli (slide 3 seeds sprouting in Sprouter)

Microgreens grown in soil:
Wheatgrass
Sunflower
Pea
