Delilah enjoying her diapers and having freedom without a rash. Thank you all who have sent money toward this girl. She will still have to have many more things done on top of the normal vetting. But right now she is enjoying the spoiled life at her foster home.

😻THE IMPORTANCE OF MICROCHIPPING YOUR PETS😻

This beautiful kitty followed a girl home last evening. The girl’s dad posted on their neighborhood page. Luckily, one of our fosters lived next door and was able to scruff and carry her to their house for safety. Our foster had a microchip scanner and was able to call into the microchip’s company. Within a couple minutes, the kitty’s dad called the foster! The kitty ended up traveling almost EIGHT miles 😳 in one week which tells us she probably hitched a ride in a vehicle or dumped by a neighbor. The kitty’s family had posted about her missing, but only in their neighborhood page. Without her microchip, they might not have ever been reunited again. Just shows how important it is to Microchip your fur babies!!!
Happy Reunion Day 😻😻😻

Wallie and Bam Bam were once adopted. But unfortunately returned to no fault of their own. But with most stories there is a reason and it because of this family. The boys fell in instant love. Showed the children love that the foster has never even gotten. So this was destiny. So happy for all.

These 2 beauties were found under a barn. A doctor contacted the rescue and took them in immediately. At 5 weeks old they found a safe foster home. Unfortunately one sister wasn't thriving and after care and love she Unfortunately crossed the rainbow bridge. Her sister is still working on pulling through. She has had a few test done and so far negative. The vet is still trying to see what is keeping them from thriving. Please send prayers and positive vibes for this little girl to pull through. So far her vet bills have been over 129.00. This isn't even the 180.00 to do all her vetting. As always if you can help thank you.

*UPDATE* It is with a broken heart to say that this little girl moved on to the rainbow 🌈 bridge this afternoon. Beauty’s foster took her to one of the vets, that the rescue has a relation with, and found out she was in heart failure. She had a heart murmur, fluid in her abdomen and both heart chambers were enlarged. The vet believes the surgery took her frail little body over the top and it just didn’t have any more strength. Her foster mom was right there with her when she passed and was shown what love was for the 6 hours she had Beauty by giving her lots of kisses and pets. Thank you all for your thoughts and concern.

This is the difficult side of fostering and we definitely have our share of losing kitties each year from kittens with Coccidia, upper respiratory infections, unknowns and hospice kitties, but all the tears shed by the fosters is well worth it knowing the kitties were loved in the years, weeks, days or just hours they were given the love they deserved!

A lady who helps the rescue with trapping and transporting got word of this tortie female living around a landscaping lot who wasn’t being fed. Once trapped, our helper noticed how incredibly friendly she was and reached out to us to see if we had room for her. Today, one of our fosters picked her up after being fixed and noticed something was off about her. After further assessment, it was seen that Beauty, the baby girl’s name, is very dehydrated and possibly so frail from not being fed that her surgery was too hard on her body. We’re asking for prayers or positive thoughts (whichever you choose) for her that she bounces back! Her foster mom will be syringe feeding her a little every hour. This picture was taken after a syringe feeding when Beauty fell asleep.
