Support PMRT Neonates
At PMRT we are proud of the work we do in caring for neonates. We have a dedicated team of transporters, and foster parents that work around the clock caring for fragile puppies that come to us with cleft palates, hydrocephalus, and a number of other conditions that limit their ability to thrive without intervention. When we get a call of a baby in need our transporters jump into action to deliver that pup to a qualified foster home, sometimes hundreds of miles away. We have a stock of medical supplies, including incubators and oxygen concentrators to give the animals in our care the best chance. Take a look at some of the babes we raised this year, all because of some talented volunteers and a little help from our friends. Thank you Friends.#GivingTuesday2024 #puppymillrescueteam #rescuingsaveslives
Support PMRT
When rescuing dogs we are often put in delicate situations where we have to keep our head down, and our mouths shut, to get an animal out of a horrendous situation. Such was the case with Jerry. Jerry joined our rescue because he became to big for the "breeder" to sell. He was of no use to the breeder, he could not make money off him, and he was not treated like the sensitive, living creature he was. We knew he was big, and his temperament was questionable. Other rescue groups were not able to assist, and Jerry's fate became tenuous. Fortunately we had a foster that had successfully rehabilitated dogs like Jerry in the past and she said, "Yes" to opening her home to Jerry. When the transporter went to pick Jerry up, she found him tied inside a barn with a 2 foot chain and a piece of twine. The twine was deeply imbedded in his neck. Fortunately he came into our rescue just in time. He received the vet care he needed, and after unpacking his trauma baggage in his foster home, also found the perfect family. Jerry now lives on a farm and has multiple jobs. First he is a livestock guardian, protecting his flock like his breed was always meant to do. At night he also moonlights with his Dad, a dog trainer as a helper dog. Jerry's dad says he is the most dog-neutral dog he has ever met. And that friends, is what rescue is. It is who we are, and what we are able to do it because of your generosity. Thank you for your continued support and belief in PMRT! All of your donations go directly to helping dogs like Jerry 🐾 #puppymillrescueteam #GivingTuesday2024 #rescuingsaveslives #EndPuppyMills

Freedom Friday
Today is another Freedom Friday for some lucky puppy mill survivors! We currently have volunteer drivers on the road traveling 820 miles total to get a total of 40 dogs from mills into their foster homes within our network of rescues. Twenty-five (25) of them are in the rescue van on the road right now! We estimate that we will need 41 gallons of gas to make this happen.
Can you help sponsor this run by donating $5.00 towards a gallon of gas?
Your donations will be gratefully accepted via:

Your support is critical in helping us rescue these dogs! As we continue through 2024 and even nearing 2025, the need seems never-ending… as always, we couldn’t do it without you!
Winnie’s Wondrous Surprise ❤️
Winnie was on our list a couple weeks ago, waiting for a foster to commit to her to save her life; A 1 year old Doberman x Poodle girl they no longer wanted. One of our Puppy Mill Rescue Team fosters said, “yes!” & gave this girl a freedom ride to a foster home. Little did we know that we were also saving 9 other lives that day! 🐾
Her foster was not anticipating these little bundles of joy. Will you help us to shower this adorable litter of puppies with some supplies? Make sure to select the Gift Recipient Address at checkout so they go right to them. You can follow our partner page Puppy Mill Rescue Team: Adoptions for updates. Thank you!! ❤️
