There are definitely street dogs in Todos Santos but also lots of dogs that clearly belonged to people. We came across a cool new rescue/adoption organization called Cerritos Beach Dogs (last few photos) They’re a cafe near Cerritos Beach. Buy a coffee, food or swag and proceeds go to help the dogs they are rescuing and adopting out. They’ve been operating for two months now. Check them out at cerritosbeachdogs.com

Meet the Queen of Casa Flores Casitas, Frida Kahlo! Had Frida been a street dog I’m 99% sure she would have been in my carry on luggage for the flight home. Fortunately she is loved and very well cared for! She also has duties such as announcing and greeting visitors! I will miss her and our daily visits!

Say hello to my new friend Rosie! Now, I walk all kinds of dogs with all kinds of personalities and I truly enjoy them all. Rosie though, Rosie is a gem! She runs down the stairs to greet me, pops her head into the harness and is ready to roll. She doesn’t pull, has excellent leash manners and listens/watches me when I talk to her. She’s also very gentle when taking treats. Rosie is just a sweetheart and I love walking her.

Sweet Ellie Mae is back! She had her summer vacay with her Mom who is a teacher. Now she’s back and ready to buckle down and get in some good walks. *Side note, I would just like to shout out all the teachers. Teaching K-12 has to be one of the most difficult and often thankless jobs in this country. I wish teachers the best for the upcoming year! #

These two! I started walking big sister Olive about 3 years ago and then little brother Dino came along. They’re such good pups! Super different personalities but equally sweet. I always look forward to our walks along the river.

My handsome friend Rosco came and spent a whole week with us! I haven’t seen him since his Mom started working from home almost a year ago. I’m happy to report he’s still the best sweetest boy!
