Reimagine Horsemanship - Equine Wellness & School of Mindful Horsemanship

Reimagine Horsemanship is an organization dedicated to the art of relationship-based horsemanship. Clinics and distance learning are also available.

We study the science and nature of horses, and teach people how to use their natural language to communicate with them without resistance. Students learn to align energies with the horse, while establishing the trust, respect, and learning processes needed to further his education without damaging the integrity of the relationship. Along with rehab, training, and lessons, we also offer session aud

its, equine assisted mindfulness activities, and horse whispering retreats at our home farm in Poughquag, NY. Boarding is available in conjunction with our lesson, training, and rehabilitation packages. Our trainer also travels to farms throughout the Hudson Valley for training, lessons, and rehabilitation consults. Our objective is to enhance the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of horses, offer them a diverse, individualized education, and teach people how to communicate, compromise, and connect with them effectively. We integrate equine psychology, classical/operant conditioning, liberty work, classical dressage, natural horsemanship, and equine cognitive development, and utilize trail, obstacle challenges, jumping, academic line work, and classical work in-hand to provide horses and their people with powerful bonding experiences while they undergo a healthy and versatile education.
