Hello, friends! Wishing you all a belated Happy St. Patrick’s Day. Currently awaiting more tests and test results, but I’m still hopeful that all will be well, and I’ll be enough and get cleared by my doctors to get the program up and running after my son’s high school graduation. Will keep you updated. To those in communication with me over the past few weeks and months: you’re still at the top of the waiting list. Don’t worry. To those who are interested but haven’t contacted me: if I’m well enough, I’d like to do two days a week and that would open more slots. Text or call me weekdays after 11am for pricing info or to just get general information. Please keep me in your , too. I’ve been waiting so long and trying so long to get well enough to go back at least one day a week. My service dog program is a hybrid program consisting of private training and group lessons. The private training lasts for one hour, and group training also lasts for one hour, alternating between weekly. During we address specific work and tasks your dog can do to mitigate your During , we address and practice how to handle your dog in public, manners, etiquette, and a lot of I’m to and have met some wonderful people along the way. I can’t believe someone hasn’t snapped him up yet! A couple more videos of Koda. I’ve begun clicker training him, and wow, little guy is smart. A bit stubborn like most huskies 😂 I can’t believe how far he’s come with the separation anxiety in a few short days. Doing great in a crate an puppy ex pen. Today, I accidentally forgot and left him out while I took a shower. I remembered right around the time I was turning off the water. Panicked, dripping, and half naked with a towel, I ran out of the bathroom to find him calmly lying on a bathmat that he’d removed from the bathroom and chewing on a dirty sock someone left on the floor. 😂 can’t fault him for that. He’s just a baby. He tried to tell me he needed out apparently at some point during my shower, because I found a little mess directly in front of the door we’ve been taking him out of to relieve himself. Good boy. He’s getting the idea for sure!

Sadly, things did not work out with precious baby Koda with his current owner, and he needs a new home. He adores people and is super cuddly. He loves everyone he’s met, and is very people oriented. Koda loves to play but is only 8 weeks old. He learns quickly with positive reinforcement training. He’s partially crate trained and mostly house trained. He’s able to sleep all night in bed with his current owner with no accidents. He’s met a newborn goat and really liked the goat. He doesn’t get along well with the resident dog, so he should probably be in a one pup household. He has a bit of separation anxiety we’re working on, abs he’s improving every day. But he’ll need a home where he’ll have lots of love and attention.

The following will be provided with him:
collar, leash, food and water bowls, toys, and blanket with his mother’s scent on it.

fell asleep while doing on me the other night. Deep Pressure Therapy helps relieve pain for many people. To train this task, reward your dog for being in the correct position. Begin with rewarding a close approximation, and then better positioning. When you have the position that feels right for you, reward for duration. Like most German Shepherds, LoneStar is not super cuddly. However, she will do this for me even without asking sometimes when I need it. And when given the cue, she always does it. I love her and would be lost without her.

I don’t take her to the with me out of respect for the other who may be highly allergic to dogs. When I returned home, I headed straight for the bathroom only to find no I went to get some from another bathroom and found this waiting for me in the front entryway. I didn’t see it when I came in because I parked and came in through the garage. This cracks me up with her and and nature. She anticipated that I’d need it when I got home and was correct. She just guessed the wrong door.
