We had quite a surprise. Yeoreum was only here for a visit and surprise! In labor na pala.

These puppies were born lifeless but miraculously took their first breath after 20-30 mins of reviving.

All in all it was a good day. The family came in with 1 furkid and went home with 3. 😍😍😍

Ipinagkatiwala sa akin ni Mama ang pinaka espesyal na trabaho — yun ang mapanatiling ligtas ang aming bahay!

“𝗕𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘆” ang tawag nila sa akin. Tuta pa lang ako ay ulila na.

May mga Kapatid din daw akong tuta na sana balang araw maka laro ko rin sila.

Kamukha ko kaya sila?

Ilang buwan na din akong parte ng kanilang Pamilya. Sila mama at papa, ate at kuya, at iba pang mga aso't pusa na nasa loob ng kanilang napaka laking palasyo!

Napakalaki nito! Isa sa mga pangarap ko ay tumatakbo at makapag-laro sa loob — na kasama silang Pamilya ko.

Sinubukan kong pumasok noong unang linggo ko sa bahay, pero masyado daw akong madumi sabi ni ate.

Totoo naman ang sumbat niya, diba ang trabaho ko nga ay panatilihing ligtas ang Pamilya? Ayaw ko namang mapahamak at magkasakit sila — Kaya hindi ko na ulit sinubukan pa.

Natuwa siguro si Papa sa aking ginawa. Niregaluhan niya ko ng mamahaling kadena, Ayaw siguro nila akong mawala...

Ayan pareho na tayong may kuwintas mama!

Lumipas ang mga Araw, Napansin kong lumalakas at lumamig ang bugso ng hangin. Umiingay na din ang aming yero, at unti-unting pinapasok ng tubig ang aming bahay.

Ito na ang pagkakataon ko para mapatunayan ang aking silbi — kailangan kong protektahan ang aking pamilya sa bagyo! At baka pagkatapos ay makapag laro na ako sa loob kasama sila.

Walang sawa akong tumahol sa baha, para matakot ito.

“𝘔𝘢𝘮𝘢! 𝘔𝘢𝘮𝘢! 𝘕𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘬𝘪𝘵𝘢 𝘮𝘰 𝘣𝘢 𝘬𝘰? 𝘈𝘬𝘰 𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘨𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘵𝘢𝘴 𝘯𝘪𝘺𝘰!”Tahol ko.

Nagliwanag ang aking mga mata sa kabila ng pagyanig ng aking balat.

“𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘢 𝘴𝘢 𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯 𝘣𝘢 𝘺𝘢𝘯 𝘱𝘢𝘱𝘢?!” dali-dali kong tahol.

Binuksan nila ang gate, at inilabas ang sasakyan. Patuloy na lumakas ang ulan. Nagmamadali sila, natatakot din siguro sa ulan kagaya ko.

“𝘏𝘶𝘸𝘢𝘨 𝘬𝘢𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘢𝘨-𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘭𝘢, 𝘮𝘢𝘮𝘢, 𝘢𝘬𝘰 𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘢𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘢!” tahol ko sa kanila habang patuloy na lumalayo ang kanilang sasakyan.

Ngunit bago ako pumikit may narinig akong tahol.

Tatlong pamilyar na mga tuta! At tila kumukha ko sila!

Tumahol ako pabalik, at tumakbo papunta sa kanila.

Wala na ang kadena ni papa! Sana Hindi ko ito nasira.

This rainy season please be careful. Lepto is real. Please seek prophylactic treatment if you were submerged in the flood and may have open wounds. The same goes for your furkids. They are not immune to the effects of lepto. Ask your trusted veterinarian what you can do if you suspect your furkid was exposed. 💛💛💛

Floods may seem fun for others, pero ‘wag pa rin po natin kalimutan that it’s not just a water. Remember, hindi lang po tayo yung nakalutang, palutang-lutang din po yung mga friends din nating daga and leptospirosis. Stay Cautious and Healthy!
