Virgina is one of recent Amish Mill rescues. She was rescued after they no longer wanted to use her for breeding. This girl is super sweet but will need a family willing to give her time to adjust to a new home as she is a bit skittish at first.

MY STORY:
Buddy is one of recent Amish Mill rescues. He was rescued after they where unable to sell him. He has seen our vet and given a clean bill of health. He does well with kids and dogs of all sizes.

New pics coming later today but Josie’s procedure to fix her little heart went very well yesterday. She had her echo recheck today and her heart has returned to normal size and all blood flow through the defect has been blocked off!!

Our amazing transporter has picked her up and is in route to get her back to her foster mama who can’t wait to snuggle her ❤️

Today is $5.00 Friday and we are still a LOONG way off the total cost to save these girls. In four days we have gotten 200.00 in donations. Please share these girls the high end for their surgical fixes was 4500 per puppy!!

One heart surgery down and one to go

Yesterday menorah underwent her procedure to correct her defect in her heart known as PDA. We are happy to report her surgery was a success yesterday and we are headed to pick her up this afternoon

Josie will be going into surgery later this afternoon

Auburn rundown and donations desperately needed!!!

Soo Auburn went well and the good news is 4 of the 5 have a surgically fixable defect called PDA. The unfortunate news this doesn’t come without a cost

Menorah stayed at auburn and will be having her lifesaving heart surgery today her heart was in the beginning of heart failure and the cardiologist and auburn highly recommended surgery within the week

Josie also stayed at auburn and will be having her life saving heart surgery Thursday her heart was very enlarged and she too needed to have the procedure done within a couple weeks

The two above we had to leave a total of 3500 down as a deposit with their surgery estimate being high end 4500 each!!

Maria also has PDA and will need surgery but the cardiologist wanted to let her grow a bit more as she is just a little over 2 lbs

Rosie also has PDA and has been schedule Feb 18th for surgery as the cardiologist felt she was the next most emergent puppy to need her little heart fixed

Romeo our little flying pup has three defects in his heart a stenosis and 2 VSD defects so right now he has been placed on heart meds and the hope is these defects will work together to keep his heart from working harder than it needs to and he will be rechecked in July

We need our villages help more than ever until we raise some of this back we will have to say no to taking in anymore medically needy dogs and pups who are destined for euthanasia

Tot is one of recent Amish Mill rescues. Little Tot was deemed unsellable due to having a short/flat chest. He has been to our vet and this defect is causing him no issues and he has been cleared for adoption.

One of the newest rescue pups Wizard joined in the auburn fun today but he was just there for moral support.

Wizard was on the list for possible euthanasia as he is deaf and also vison impaired due to breeding two Merle colored dogs together

All our pups are currently being evaluated by auburns cardio team and we are awaiting the call they are finished and ready for us to come back to hear the results

Todays estimate for one is attached below but multiple this by FIVE!!!

Our village is amazing and we can’t keep help these helpless puppies who otherwise will be euthanized for treatable conditions without your support ❤️

Chuy is one of recent Amish Mill rescues. Little Chuy was a older puppy who could not be sold so ended up on the euthanasia list and has no know medical issues. Chuy is currently being treated for ear infections and will be ready to go home soon
