Both Amish puppy mill babies set to be euthanized as they had been deemed “unsellable and broken”

Pierre is one of our recent Amish mill rescues. He is still learning life isn’t so bad and will require a family that is willing to continue working with him on learning to trust. His foster mom has said he has greatly improved since coming into rescue but he is just going to need a family who understands it may take a few weeks or longer for him to fully open up in a new home.

We recommend at this time a home without small children for him

Quick movement does still make her nervous so a home without small children right now would probably be best for her. Once she learns you won’t hurt her she is content being held and in your lap

Y’all I’m speechless never did I think we would reach 1 k followers!!

For those of you who are new to the page welcome!! Annas Angel Rescue was founded in memory of my mother who had a huge heart for special needs and orphan puppies. The first dog I took in after my moms passing was a little cleft palate Frenchie who was name “Anna” she was raised in my home and is a permanent member of my pack.

Annas Angel Rescue is the only rescue in Alabama dedicted to special needs and orphan neonatal puppies who require special care and expensive medical treatment such as heart surgery, liver surgery to name a few

We operate solely on donations and all our dogs are located in fosters throughout Alabama as we don’t have a facility

All this being said unfortunately right now we have had to go on intake hold due to a decrease in donations the past month 😭

This past month has been an expensive one a do we still have 4 dogs needing to go see the cardiologist when an appointment is available

This means if we get a call for a puppy about to be euthanized by the Amish mills, or orphans without a mom in a shelter we will have to say no until we raise what we have set to come off hold

NAME: Eden

BREED: Bernadoodle

MY AGE: DOB 8/27/24

WEIGHT: current 10 loan likely will be 75 plus lbs full grown

MY STORY:
Eden is a recent Amish puppy mill rescue. She at some point while in the mill broke her leg and they never took her to the vet so now the leg has healed. She saw our vet today and they recommended since it is fully healed and causing her no discomfort or issues to leave it alone and it shouldn’t cause her issues later in life. She may have one leg that is a bit shorter but it doesn’t cause problems.

Eden is now taking applications and will be ready to go home in the next week or two

Mama Chilli is headed to the ER she started this shaking this evening and refusing pretty much most food being offered to her so I’m concerned she may have eclampsia 😭 This has the possibility to totally break us financially We need donations to help cover this end of story I have no choice but to close intake until further notice this means no orphans/moms nothing until we can build our account back up We are pretty much almost out of formula which means I will have to be doing an order for that soon too because we have over 50 orphans in our care right now I can not beg anymore I want to help them but I can’t without the help of amazing supporters No amount is to small If you would like to donate toward Chili’s bill you can do so via PayPal or zelle — [email protected] @AmandaKrug
