Free range pasture raised eggs straight from our farm is how we do it here.
One of our top priorities is to source as local as possible. 15 feet from the workshop to the chicken coop is almost as local as you can get.
How many of your food producers know the person who cuts the beef, the person who picks the eggs, the person who grows the vegetables, the person who handles the cows for dairy, the person who harvest the fruit?
We take huge pride in knowing the exact people and where our Ingredients come from. We know when the vegetables were pulled out of the ground and the fruits were picked off the trees (sometimes doing it ourselves)
Think about how much fuel is used to ship meat from another country instead of driving 20 miles to pick it up?
