Today is the day! I will be away from grooming from March 3rd, to October 1st!

Alexis is officially running the shop, so I'd like to post her information as well as how she is able to be contacted.

Cash is accepted, but all emts are to be sent to her at [email protected] (Pricing remains the same)

All appointments booked are remaining the same, and also Alexis is working out of my shop located at 1873 HWY 652. Alexis is close to being fully booked for 2025 so if you still need appointments get a hold of her! We are currently booking in August with limited availability. 😀 Alexis is not accepting any new clients at the moment.

Please give your pup some time to get to know Alexis, this is all very new, especially to the pups who have been with me since day one! I am confident that everything will run smoothly, but some time to adjust to a new groomer may be needed.

I will be around on and off to answer messages on any feedback you may have or questions, but not answering any messages for booking and such as Alexis is the one to be contacted. Please bare with me when answering as I get ready for my little one to arrive!

I am so incredibly thankful for how patient and accommodating everyone has been during my pregnancy, it means the world to me. I am going to miss seeing everyone so much!!

🌟Important information for 2025🌟

I hope you all had an enjoyable holiday season! While there will be no increase in price for your services, I will now be required to charge GST on all services. This will begin January 6th, 2025. The GST amount will be calculated and added to your price and given before pick up.

As 2025 begins, I would like to introduce our new groomer Alexis. Alexis graduated from Northern College, completing her Animal Grooming course this past may and I am confident she will be a great add to our team!

Alexis and I will be working together. She will be taking over some of my bigger breeds until March. Those of you with bigger breeds will be contacted by me to make arrangements for scheduling. Alexis also works at the pet store, so we are currently working around her schedule, so please hang tight while we figure things out and make changes. These changes will be made about a week or so in advance. You will be contacted if any changes need to be made.

On March 1st, I will be going off on my maternity leave, but grooming schedules will remain the same as Alexis will be taking over services until I come back. With this being said, I am currently working on 2025 schedules (prebooking) and am filling up very quickly for the year. If you’d like to prebook your pups in, please send me a message so we can arrange dates and times.

Merry Christmas from my family to yours! ❤️💚

I’d like to give a big thanks to everyone for the continued support this year, I am forever grateful for each of you, and your babies! I truly have the best clientele and you are all so fun to have!! Wishing everyone a safe holidays!! 🌟

Sittin’ Pretty will be closed from Dec 24th until January 5th, but will answer messages as soon as able! 😄

There will be an upcoming post before the new year about some minor changes and new things coming! Stay tuned💚

Just a reminder to please check your pets for ticks! It’s that time of the year where they are looking for a warm host to feed on for the winter! I have taken 3 off of pets in the last week!!

They really like to hide, and can be between paws, in ears, and sometimes even on gums so check throughly!! If you need assistance getting one off please send me a message! And if you do so at home, please make sure that the head is completely removed with the tick as if it is left behind it will cause infection!!

🌟 A note to all clients, August 19th, 2024 there will be be a price increase of 5$ on all services due to the ever increasing cost of products / equipment. This will ensure that I’m able to give you the quality service and products that you and your pups deserve. ❤️

A few things I’d also like to mention:

- I do not accept female pups in heat, so please message me so we can reschedule for a better time. ☺️

- I do not accept pups who are pregnant as this makes for a stressful groom. If your pup is pregnant please let me know so we can either schedule in a groom better suited for how far long they are, or to reschedule.

- There will be a new charge on extremely “poopy bums” resulting in a 5$ fee.

- Accidents /messes in the shop such as number 1 or number 2 of 5$ as I do need to use products to clean this up.

-All pets must have rabies vaccination (new intake form to follow at grooming time)

🌟 🌟 FULLY BOOKED UNTIL JULY!!🌟 🌟

As the warmer weather comes, I would like to let all pet parents know that I have an outdoor cat - Her name is Salem and she is very friendly but may get the their attention so please bring your pups leashed! 😃 She is usually out hunting but sometimes come to the front of the house for a break! 🐈‍⬛

Pups are able to use the side of my yard to go potty, but please pick up after your pet! Bags are available in the shop too! Please no peeing near the front/door of my shop.

If you are wanting your pup to come in on a reoccurring schedule, I recommend booking your appointments for the year as they are all going quick!

Limited spots in May, I am booking very quickly so I encourage those of you that would like to come in on a schedule to prebook your appointments! And for my pups that only need to come see me every so often please know I am booking very ahead at the moment and to book in to get a spot!

Spots in may still available are:

May 23rd (Nail trim or glands only day) slots 9:00, 9:30, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30

Spots will still be available for mobile nail trim and glands, please message me to book for this! 😄

**if you are in need of an evening appt, or a weekend please message me! I do one Saturday a month and have limited spots for evening spots**
