With the barn being open almost 2 years now, we are changing pricing a tad bit. I know how expensive Bozeman is so I am being as reasonable as possible as I do not like to charge an arm and leg. We are doing some upgrades to the facility so that is another reason why I am changing pricing starting
📍 December 1st.

GROUP LESSONS can have up to 4 kids at most 5 (which is rare)
1 kid: $40
2 kids (family members): $70
Each additional kid will be $35

PRIVATES: (you have to request):
$60.00

BARREL RACES:
Hauling/ coaching/ use of our horses: $80 per day plus entry fees
If the race is over 50 miles away you will be charged gas as well.
If I am hauling a horse just for your child to use/ compete on, you will be responsible for paying stall fees for the weekend if we need a stall.

BARN DAYS (new addition) on kids off days of school. These are basically camp days!
$95 per day. Can work out a family discount if you have more than one child attending.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES:
Depending on how many children are attending prices may vary.
10+ kids is $100 a hour
Under 10 kids $70 a hour
If you would like for me to arrange decor/ other activities I am more than happy to do that as well✔️

Our cancellation policy is IN EFFECT AS WELL. ↪️↩️

IMPORTANT👏🏻

Before anything I want to say this is not directed towards anyone in specific. It is just a policy I have previously “enforced” that I didn’t actually hold people to.

I have had my fair shares of cancelling on people, forgetting about appointments, sick, weather, etc!

I am a very forgiving person and I understand random things come up and life happens. Every day I have back to back lessons scheduled. Some times ALL DAY. Which I love because I enjoy being around the kids and horses.

The last couple weeks I’ve had several people cancel or no show me last minute. I have kids on a wait list with no where to put them weekly. Instead they wait to hear from me about cancellations each week so they can get in. When I get no showed it’s taking away from other kids as well as they could’ve been there. Also, if I had a 4:00,5:00,6:00 and my 5:00 cancels last minute I sit there for an hour because I didn’t have enough time to move my 6;00 up and give them a heads up! (This has happened more times than I can count).

Effective immediately:
No shows pay full cost of lesson before the following week.
If I get a heads up in advance (at least a day before please and if you know sooner than that please let me know asap!!!)

I hate to be this person but at the end of the day I’m running a business. I hope everyone understands.

I am starting to actually enforce this policy starting today. It’s been happening way too often.

I have “fill in” students who don’t have a set slot because I have no where to put them, they fill in when kids can’t make their slots on certain weeks. When I get 0 heads up, not only is it my time but these kids who could’ve came had I had a heads up.

I hate to do this but I am running a business so I hope everyone understands.

No Shows:
- if there was 1 kid riding- $35.00 no show fee
- If there was 2 of your kids riding $50.00 no show fee
- If there was 3 or more of you planning on riding $60.00 no show fee

2. I need at least a 6 hour heads up or you will be required to pay no show fee
3. No show at camp/ camp cancellations: no return of deposits. If I can fill spot I will not charge you for remainder of camp, but I NEED A HEADS UP.
