As school holiday madness has hit and with Easter just around the corner, I wanted to send out a few reminders for our customers.

- Please double check the check in / check out time you have made for your pet. Remember that when you book, it defaults to 9am unless the time is manually changed by you. If you do need to change your times, please inform me ASAP. There are a lot of cross overs with new arrivals coming, so there's a good chance we will need the pen space for another incoming guest. Please stick to your arranged time the best you can as this will help tremendously with the running of our day.

- A reminder that if your pet goes home after 11am and gets collected in the afternoon time slot, it will be an additional day's stay (this has always been the way our fees work).

- We have still had a number of people wanting to come outside of our open hours. Our opening times are from 9am-11am daily, 3-5.30pm on week days and 3-5pm on weekends. Please remember that we need to pay our staff to be around for there to be pickups outside of these hours, so it may result in an extra out of hours fee. We also do tours, vet appointments and staff meetings etc through out the day, so there might not be someone available during the work day unless pre arranged. We will help where we can, but unfortunately it may not always be possible.

- If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking this may result in a cancellation fee. Last weekend we unfortunately had a handful of cancellations on the day of drop off. We were fully booked out, but with the short notice of the cancellations, we ended up with empty pens. Please let us know if you need to cancel, as there are others that may be wanting and needing the space. We would like to have time to offer it to others, especially with our current cancellation list for Easter being so long.

- Please always ensure that your pet is secured in a pet carrier or on a lead for drop off and pick up.

- Parking is available infront of the portable white office, or if there is an overflow of cars, please use the round about for parking if needed.
