My Story

I have been interested in reptiles since my dad caught and handed me a garter snake when I was about 5 years old. The snake promptly bit me. Rather than being scared of snakes the rest of my life, I became very interested in them. When I was 7 years old, my dad found some black rat snake eggs that were in the process of hatching. We brought them inside so that I could watch them emerge from their eggs. I thought that this was the coolest thing that I had ever seen. These two events are what led me to want to keep and breed snakes.

In 2006, I successfully bred corn snakes. In 2007, I successfully bred corn snakes, bearded dragons, and ball pythons. I have been breeding ball pythons ever since. The first ball python that ever emerged from an egg for me was a pastel female that I named Helen. Helen went on to produce several clutches for me over the years.

In 2013, my wife to be, Taylor, was introduced to my ball pythons. She took an immediate interest in the genetics behind breeding them. Today, she and I are equal partners in determining what cool new combinations we want to see in our ball pythons.

We run a fairly small breeding operation, where we focus on quality over quantity. We pride ourselves in guaranteeing the genetics and health of our ball pythons. If you ever have any questions about any of our snakes, please feel free to contact me at [email protected].
