Dog training doesn’t stop when the lesson is over. Exposing the dogs to the work we do around the home and yard helps them to understand doing nothing and most importantly self soothing behaviors. Also. As I do every year to prep for the winter months yard works gotta get done.

Slow down. Be present. Be aware of the moment. Bring time with you not anxiety. It will make your day and dog training or child raising better.

Development of a retrieve is not meant to be fast, it is meant to be broken into steps that combine into so much more than just a simple idea of pick something up and bring it to me. Omg how did you teach your dog that?! Hahaha I don’t have time to sit down to eat so my dogs just end up following me around while I eat lunch and learn that if they follow me they might get lucky and I’ll drop a piece.
