Winnie is the kind of companion who will curl up beside you on hard days, keep watch when you need protecting, and remind you with her soulful eyes that you’re never alone.

Winnie has been cherished since puppyhood, but with young children in the home, her family made the heartbreaking decision to rehome her. She thrives best in a quiet home with adults or older kids, and while she’s not a fan of cats or most other dogs (except her best buddy Gus the Pomsky, who’s also looking for a home), she’ll happily be your one-and-only.

She’s crate trained, housebroken, and manages her seasonal allergies with simple chews. Winnie is loyal, protective, and deeply loving — a true once-in-a-lifetime dog who just needs the right person or family to give her the space to shine.

Gus has been deeply loved, but with small children and limited space, his family made the difficult decision to rehome him. He thrives best in a home with adults or older kids, and while he gets along beautifully with other dogs, he’s not a fan of cats. Gus is crate trained, housebroken, and ready to be your loyal (and hilarious) companion.

📍 Indianapolis, IN – 4-year-old Pomsky (Pomeranian + Husky mix)

Gus is pure sunshine in a fluffy little body. Playful, energetic, and just a bit ridiculous in the best way, this 4-year-old Pomsky has a talent for turning ordinary moments into laugh-out-loud memories. Case in point? He once spent an entire afternoon trying to catch bubbles blown by a giggling 10-year-old — leaping, snapping, spinning in circles, and living his absolute best life.

He’s also got a soft side. Gus loves snuggling his favorite stuffy (even after he’s disemboweled it), gnawing on his chew bones, and hanging out with his big bestie, Winnie the Mastador. Their bond is sweet and solid — if you’ve got room for two, they’d love to stay together. But Gus is also ready to thrive solo, in a loving home where the energy is calm and the love is big.

His current family adores him. But with the home getting tighter and toddlers in the mix, Gus just doesn’t have the space or serenity he needs. They’re making the painful but selfless choice to find him a better fit — a peaceful home with older kids or adults, and ideally a yard where he can zoom, sniff, and maybe… chase a few more bubbles.
