I want to thank everyone for their interest in our clothes and let you all know that I'm going to be taking a year off from sewing. We bought a 106-year-old house that desperately needs some love, along with new wiring, plumbing, and all the rest. That project has been consuming all of my time for the last three months, and I expect the same for the next 9 months, at least. My hands have gotten so rough, I wouldn't dare handle some of those beautiful silk blend fabrics right now!

My touch-screen on my phone died while I was out of town! I can't place calls or check texts or voicemail. If you've called and left a message or texted in the last couple of weeks, I can't get to you. I can't even view missed calls. I have a new phone and am in the process of porting my number (keeping my fingers crossed as I change providers). I am home now and working through my e-mails. If you need to reach me today, that will be the best way. I'll post again when I'm available by phone.

The clothes for Canadian Nationals have been delivered. The hunt coat marathon is finally over, and we threw in a couple of western projects just to liven things up.
