Sunday Morning and remembering Fridays evening of our North Star Baptist Church Singspiration at Dr. David and Pam Sorenson home. What a grand sing a long. Hot dogs, tater salad, baked beans, salad, roasted marshmallows. The campfire was excellent with very little smoke, temperature was perfect and no bugs. Might have been a bear or two waiting in the woods for leftovers. As the Sorenson's have had a few of them on their deck and in the garage from time to time.

What the Bible says about your Church Family. Today Bobbie and I will ask to become members of this Church Family. They have welcomed us from our first Sunday last week, with Pam asking us to come to her home for Sunday Dinner after Services to the Sing A Long Friday evening.

It is a great comfort to know that wherever and whenever you travel or move to a new location there is always a Church and the members/family to welcome you in.

Hebrews Chapter 10

24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:

25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

Romans Chapter 12

Found a new church home this morning. NorthStar Baptist Church.

Good message from the pastor Stephen King, great lesson in Sunday School before Worship Services. A large number of the members before and after the service came up to introduce themselves and welcome us to the church. Bobbie and I have decided to ask for membership in the church next Sunday.

Mrs. Pam Sorenson wife of Dr. David Sorenson Pastor Emeritus invited Bobbie and I to have Sunday Dinner with them and another couple who are their friends from Wisconsin at their home after services. Which was an excellent meal and conversation.

All in all, a very good Sunday. Will skip evening services as I have a court report to finish up this evening to send to one of my clients for a court case. Finish the application for my MN Auctioneer License, and a couple of other forms to fill out. Then Wednesday evening I have a full board meeting at a ranch we applied at to work to introduced ourselves and to tell what we can bring to the ranch. I will work on that presentation Monday and Tuesday.

In this move from the Diamond D in Arizona to MN Bobbie and I have had to put a lot of Trust in the Lord and the truths written in the Word of God the Bible. We had some of our own question and trials on this trip, but by the faith we have our questions and fears are being answered and quelling those fears of the future.

Proverbs Chapter 3

5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Psalms 118:8 - It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.

Update on our adventures, will be moving out of the motel today into a home we have rented. Still putting things together in MN. Our things we shipped will arrive the first of Oct. I hope! this moving is for the birds. I think when said and done this move from the southern AZ to northern MN is going to cost around $14,000 with the motel cost on waiting for things to arrive, food cost eating out a couple times a day. Gas cost driving out to the ranch, deposits for everything. Changes in health insurance, renters, auto premiums higher, this list seems endless Been on the road now for 14 days. Be glad when we are settled.

This will be our last move, we both like the area and it has a lot to offer. Got to get new Church Home, Doc's for hide, hoof, heart, sound, eyeballs and a primary doc to cover everything else. Then got to find a doc for Unis the Yukon and the Goat/2500 Ram. They did fine on the way up. New vet for Gracie the Traveling Cat. All in all things are coming together. Slow but sure.

I would ask my Facebook friends to pray for Danny McKellips, a friend of mine who worked with me at the XL Ranch. He is in room 416 at BSA. He has been there about three weeks now. Complication from having a kidney removed. When I visited with him a couple of weeks ago, he did not look the best when I went through Amarillo. Talked with his sister this evening while she was visiting him. I do not know if he is saved or not. He not able to visit on the phone with me yet. Please put Danny in your prayers for a quick recovery and Gods Will Be Done.

Update, we are waiting on the results of the IA finial interview. Knowing it was sent on to the county offices for their choice of myself or the other applicant. Who was much younger than I. But also means Bobbie would not need to work and/or she can work as a volunteer in the horse program part time. I will be paid on salary.

We are at the MN job ranch and have had two business meetings, it offers a lot of future potential. But also means that Bobbie and I must help development that future business potential. It has been in business for about 17 years. But the owner is looking to expand the business. We looked at the survey of the site, the architects plans for the new buildings. I would set on the Board of Directors, Bobbie and I would be Co-managers of the Property, Instructor's and Clinicians. We would be paid on salary plus commission.

Things are moving forward and time for decision, both are excellent job choices. Both are in the Equine Industry. In addition, I have turndown three more interview offers this past week while on the road. As stated earlier added two more court case to the calandar this week. So been busy and covered 2200 miles in the last 10 days with a day or two layover visiting friends along the way.

stopped in southern MN this afternoon. rain mid-day slowed driving down a bit. Also, a bit tired after a week and a day on the road. Will be at the MN location by mid-day tomorrow.

Received notice on two new legal case today. one this morning and one this afternoon. commercial riding stable accidents, riders fell off the horses they were riding along the ocean. One on the east coast and one on the west coast. Both could have been prevented with use of common sense. The one that is a slam duck is putting two riders, both green, one on a mare and one on a stud. Someone screwed up for sure. I told the lawyer the defense should settle this one without going to trial. They should just write the check; they have no defense in doing something so stupid.

Better get rested up and will check out the new location tomorrow.

Up date on move. Pick up a bug last night. Will layover at my sisters in Mo. last night and tonight. Then on into Iowa with a stop at Granger, by passing some friends at Hasting, IA because of the bug. then on north to the new farm/ranch.

on the move. Left the Diamond D yesterday afternoon. Everything is loaded out. Started north and ended up taking 4 hours to go 70 miles on Highway 87. I stop at the first gas station I got to and it took 32 gallons of gas in a 32-gallon tank. The Lord was for sure watching over us. Because traffic was back up miles in the mountains with miles and miles to even be able to get off or on. Both lane was moving slower then a snail. No way anyone like AAA could have gotten to us with gas. when I started that 70 stretch I had a little over a 1/2 tank

Leaving Gallup in about 50 minutes headed to Amarillo for Sunday Services at Caprock Baptist Church with our old Church Family. See some friends, then on to south of KC to stay with my sister for a couple of days and visit with Rev. Ed Bell my long time friend and Sheperd. Something like 70 years now. Then on to IA for a lay over with some mule owner friends. As well as a stop at a big Equestrian business. Then on to MN to visit Connie for a night or two, then on the equine ranch in norther MN.
