NO MONEY BACK:
Seller will Not give money back to buyer for buyer changing mind about puppy. All buyers pick out the pup the would like and has a chance to walk away without purchasing pup if not satisfied with pups that are available.If something shall happen to the puppy meaning puppy has genetic problems that could not be cured or passed away, then a replacement puppy would be giving once one

becomes available as long as all protocol was followed. If puppy was found to have any forms of abuse or accidental damages, then no money or replacement puppy will be giving and buyer would be responsible for all medical bills that seller has for said puppy and a copy of bills would be sent to buyer via certified mail and buyer will have 90 days from date mail was received to pay buyer back. Buyer has to pick up puppy on said pick up date. If seller cannot contact buyer due to lack of communication on buyer behalf and it’s been more than 48 hours after pick up date then buyer has the rights to put puppy back up for sale or charge additional fees for housing and other expenses of $5 per day. If seller decides to resell puppy due to late pickup and lack of communication, or if the puppy shall become ill or pass away, then buyer has the choice of waiting for a puppy from the next available litter or receive a refund for minus the 30% deposit fee once a request for money back is sent to seller via email used or notarized letter is giving. At this point the seller would have 90 days to return money to buyer.
