We are a TNR (Trap Neuter Release) rescue. This is the only humane way to control the population. Thank you for reaching out. God bless.

We only focus on Trapping, neutering and spraying cats then returning them to their home or place where they where trapped. Our website is monitored to give advice and answer questions as we can. Our rescue is closed indefinitely due to the loss of our beloved founder.

Meatball 2.0 after her spay and gender reveal.
This sweet kitty had us fooled, we assumed, we didn't check and we where wrong. This kitty is orange which anyone who know cats know that orange cats are usually male. This baby girl is special, and orange female cat. 1 in 5 orange cats are female. She is also very sweet and in just a few days has shown so much potential to becoming an adoptable cat. She will be going into foster care for the time being. If anyone would like to sponsor her or adopt her message us.
Donations are always welcome. Thank you!

Our Story
We are a small rescue for feral cats in Jacksonville NC. We recently lost our beloved founder, Marilyn. She was the heart and soul of our group, but the cancer won. We do not have enough volunteers at this time to assist anyone. We are trying to keep our feral colony fed, but are unable to do anything more. I am saddened to say we are currently ‘dormant’ until further notice.
Thank you for dropping in and if our situation changes, it will be posted here.
Our mission was to trap, neuter, fully vet and release these kitties. We will try to catch any that can be vetted and socialized, then adopted out into loving, forever homes. We currently are in partnership with PetSmart for adoption events.
We need volunteers to help at our adoption events, FOSTER OUR KITTIES UNTIL ADOPTED OUT, and volunteer at any level, especially fosters. God Bless!
UPDATE: Due to unfortunate circumstances, our colony was EVICTED from its location. The four volunteers who were feeding them have caught, neutered and are giving vet care to all we can. A fundraiser was established by a wonderful and caring woman (Barbara H. G. ), which enabled us to neuter and provide medical care to many. We are still caring for the ones rehabbing from surgery, the moms and their kittens and any others we are able to catch. Animed on Bell Fork Road in Jacksonville, NC has been the primary vet. Coastal Cat Clinic has offered to help. All4cats in Wilmington has been helping with foster homes and adoptions. They need funds and fosters too! We have referred to our colony as the “Piney Green Food Lion Feral Colony” due to its former location.
This website will continue to help by giving advice to any of you reaching out. We will help by steering you to groups that can physically help you if needed.
If you wish to make any food donations, please let us know and we can arrange pick up. Monetary donations can be made directly to the vet (Animed on Bellfork Road in Jacksonville, NC) who is the primary clinic for our kitties. We are still in need of temporary fosters. We will supply everything - the fosters supply the love!
