It’s time to get rid of the winter thick!

I have officially entered ‘crazy season’ now the weather’s a little milder, so please bear this in mind if you’re requiring a Spring groom for your dog as I have limited availability left for March for existing clients.

Good morning,

I’m back in the salon today after a few days off with the kiddos before they return back to school.

Please be aware, I have not implemented a price increase for the last 2 years, however due to ever increasing overheads , I have no option but to raise them for 2024 starting with immediate effect.

I just want to take this opportunity to wish each & everyone of you a wonderful Christmas & New Year.

Thank you very much for all the wonderful cards, gifts & monetary tips received…. I’m truly blessed to have the most amazing clients.
You’ve all made my little business the success it is today & I appreciate you all & your special, little four legged friends, of course. 🥰

Please note the salon will be closed from the 2nd to 6th January to spend some quality time with my little fam before they return to school.

Good evening.
Unfortunately I have had to get a new phone as my other was beyond repair. I still have the same number, however anyone who has called & left voicemails to my mobile , WhatsApp & SMS texted messaged me in the last seven days are unable to be retrieved despite numerous attempts.
I apologise for this, so please do not think I have been ignoring messages as this is not the case & it has been extremely frustrating for me at my busiest time of year.
So, if you know of anyone who thinks they’ve been ignored by me, please tell them it’s not intentional & has been totally beyond my control.🙈
Blooming technology…. Take me back to the days of paper & an a good old fashioned answering machine!😩😡
Rant over & sorry once again!

It’s been brought to my attention that messages are not always being delivered to my mobile phone. (Some messages both on SMS or business messenger may even come through days, weeks later or not at all!🤷‍♀️)
Technology is marvellous when it works!!

I’ve no idea why it randomly does this & ignoring you is not how I do business…. So, if you haven’t heard back from me within 24hrs through the week (Allow longer on a weekend) then give the good old fashioned landline a call & leave a message on my answering machine and I’ll get back to you !
