Week 2 of our fundraising efforts to get Bart out of boarding & into Mattox Dog Training! We have raised $1,345 of the $3,000 we need to get him to Mattox. $3,000 will allow him to stay for 8 weeks, but the more we raise the better because it means he could stay longer & continue to receive the attention & the physical & mental stimulation he needs. Our volunteers work hard to give him short breaks from boarding (like the car ride, marble hunting, & car wash experience in the video 😁) but we believe Mattox will be so beneficial for him…. & he won’t have to be in a cage all day! ✨If you would like to donate, please do so by using PayPal or mailing a check.✨

Update: we’ve just been made aware the fake accounts are sending money requests through Venmo “for Bart’s boarding”. We will NEVER request money from you on an online payment platform. The best way to support Bart is by visiting our upcoming bake sale where we will be featuring ‘Bart Boxes’.🩵
PSA: We have been made aware of someone who has duplicated our Venmo account and has been sending friend requests out to our supporters. We have never sent a friend request on Venmo, although we have accepted them in the past. Our Venmo is @mikeys-chance. If you’ve received a friend request from a similar account using our photo of our beloved Reeves or Bart, please block/report the account immediately. If you’ve sent them funds, please dispute the payment.
At this time we are choosing to delete our Venmo account as soon as we can get our funds transferred out. Again, we are leaving Venmo so please do not send any payments to any account claiming to be us. We’ve included a screen shot of the 4 known fake accounts.
Dear Rescue Supporters: today we are kicking off fundraising efforts to get Bart into Mattox Dog Training! In order to get him there, we need your help in raising $3,000. That will allow him to be there for 8 weeks, & the more we exceed $3,000, the longer he can stay! Staying at Mattox means having indoor AND outdoor space, training, & daily love & affection. Right now, Bart is in boarding that only allows for him to be in a walled enclosure with a few outdoor potty breaks a day. & while we do have a group of volunteers that try to get him out for daily walks, we believe Mattox will be very beneficial for Bart’s mental & physical health.

Campaign Adopt Bart! We know someone is out there who won’t be able to resist Bart’s big Batman ears, big blockhead, big boopable nose, & BIG loving heart. This guy is such a happy goofball & simply needs a loving home & person(s) who will give him a couch to snooze on, a backyard to laze in, a car to ride in, & stuffies to carry around. Bart does need to be in a home with no cats, minimal to no stairs, & be the only dog. He’s also on a $30/month anti-inflammatory.
