Monterrey (Uriam) has a special history for Michael Murphy as his best equitation horse giving him a Reserve Champion status at USET Finals in 2011 and winning Horse of the Year! We congratulate him and his owners on all of their accomplishments!!

It takes a pretty special horse to win a major equitation final, and if you talk to Pessoa/USEF Medal Final winners Kelli Cruciotti, Monterrey is one of the most special horses around.
