The Greenville Humane Society is one of the largest no-kill shelters in the southeast, just behind Atlanta. Since we changed locations in 2011, we have placed over 48,000 animals in their forever homes. Beyond adoptions, we also have one of the largest public low cost spay/neuter and vaccination clinics in South Carolina. Obsessed is the understatement of the year. Sweet Charlie girl has been THROUGH it – treated for heartworms, persistent skin issues and arthritis. But she has OVERCOME IT ALL! And now, she is finally ready to go HOME!

At 11.5 years old, our Charlie girl deserves to find a comfortable home to call her own. She has a very calm demeanor and enjoys spending the majority of her days relaxing on the couch or going for casual, slow walks. If you were to look up the definition of cuddlebug in the dictionary, you’d find her picture there. She’s just a chill older lady looking for a nice couch and lots of snuggles.

Charlie’s been a fighter through it all, so help us share her post so she can enjoy the rest of her years in her very own home!

Hey, it's me, Creamsicle. I decided it's time to bring back Teenager Tuesday cause it's my fave!

I've been chilling at GHS for like, IDK, a month. It's cool and all but I'm ready to find my own fam. I mean, look at me, I'm straight up a 10 out of 10. Who wouldn't want to see this face every day when they come home?

We’re thankful to have one less thing to worry about when it comes to reliable heartworm, flea, and tick prevention - our adoptable pets receive monthly preventative thanks to Heartgard, Nexgard, Nexgard Plus, and Frontline Gold’s continued generosity.
