Bring Rio Home "Bring Rio Home" is a page to help lost/found animals get home! It was created when Rio went missing. We will post lost and found pets on this page.

He has been home for years since 2013 and this page is now to help other animals get home safely! Rio went missing on 2/14/2013, he was safely trapped and returned home 3/6/2013. We'd like to use this page to help other pets get back home. Thank you to everyone who helped look for Rio and get him back home. He's happy & healthy again!

July 4th celebrations can be terrifying for animals. 🎆In fact, this single evening leads to one of the highest intake days of strays at our shelter all year. Loud fireworks and unexpected activity can cause even the calmest pets to panic and run. With the holiday quickly approaching, now is the time to get prepared:

1. Ensure your pet has visible ID tags
2. Check that their microchip information is up to date
3. Refill any anxiety medications prescribed by your vet

We strongly encourage all pet owners to bring animals inside well before nightfall during the holiday period. Use white noise or calming music to help keep them happier indoors. A little preparation goes a long way in keeping your furry family members safe and sound. đź’™

⚠️LOST DOG — SCHWENKSVILLE⚠️

One of our recently adopted dogs just got loose! Cardi is dragging a retractable leash. She went missing off Spring Mount Rd in Schwenksville. Cardi is very shy, DO NOT CHASE!

There is a pet recovery team working on this. Please call 610-299-9494 with any sightings and direction traveling ASAP!

Please spread the word for this lost dog. Barkley was LOST on June 12, 2025 in Boyertown, PA 19512 near Grosser rd

Message from Owner: A quick family trip turned into s few days of horror when Barkley bolted out the door just hours after arriving in pa. Mom and Barkley have always been together. This was only to be a few days because they had to get for there jobs in Florida. Please help me reunite Barkley and his Family.

Freshly cut toenails, so pup is likely recently groomed
Found on Poplar Street and York
Pup is now with Genesis Pitbull Rescue in Red Lion
