🚨 EMERGENCY 🚨

We are dealing with an extremely serious emergency! The two little pigs in Person County are in desperate and urgent need of immediate placement. We learned this evening that their current owner has serious mental illness and sadly his children were removed from him and he has now locked himself into his home or is gone all together. Help is on its way to him. However, the pigs were able to escape 5 times today due to the broken fencing, and after retrieving them each time, the ACO now states they have no choice but to euthanize them, stating that the shelter is full and there is nowhere for these pigs to go.

These two little pigs are beyond adorable, friendly, and social - they must not be allowed to die this way. We are on our way to get them and bring them to safety - but we simply have no space for them and need someone to help us. We need at least a temporary place for them for the next few days but of course, we prefer a commitment for their safe future.

Please consider pledging donations for these girls, there may be small rescue groups who want to help, but they lack funds, all donations will transfer to the 501 c3 rescue that takes them.

So far in pledges: $4,475
