Beef is hanging and will be cut next week and should be ready for pickup the week after Thanksgiving! I will be in touch with everyone once I have a delivery date!! Happy last day of September!!!

NOW TAKING DEPOSITS FOR FALL BEEF!!!

It's that time of year again! OS Ranch will again be selling beef by the whole, half or quarter, $6/lb hanging weight including processing/cut/wrap/freeze.
Provincially inspected and custom cut to your specifications!
We are excited to partner with Forestburg Meats as our processor and look forward to seeing our old customers and meeting new ones 😁

Happy Monday!!
I just wanted to give a quick update:
We will be processing for our summer packages next month, I am still ironing out the details, but we will be offering a few different packages to suit your needs
Weekender
BBQ
Small, Medium, and Large Freezer packages
With these packages we will also be offering different items to add on such as steaks, smokies, patties, jerky etc so if the packages aren't quite what you need we can customize them for you with add-ons 😁
Flavors for items will be:
Jerky: regular/peppered
Pepperoni: mild/hot/honey garlic
Smokies: regular/cheese/jalepeno cheese
Sausages: regular/italian/honey garlic/bratwurst

All packages will be first come first served, but we will try our best to have a good selection of cuts and all flavors to make your packages up as close to your choices as possible 😁
We will not be taking deposits for these summer packages, we will be posting once we get our beef back so we know how much of everything we have and then we can make up the packages!!

We will also be selling beef by the whole, half and quarter again at $6/lb based on the hanging weight, these will be processed in late September and ready for pick up in October, we will be taking deposits for these starting May 1, at $200/quarter, $400/half and $800/whole
