Apollo went home today. Informational: Ladies and Gentleman, the market is saturated with “breeders” and to be honest about 80% or more have been doing it for less than 4 years (Pandemic Breeders). It’s taken me 10 years to learn what I know now and I’m still learning. I see posts of puppies and the breeders post breeds like Poodles, Maltipoos, etc. but no testing whatsoever!! Some of these puppies don’t even look like the breed just by looking at it and more than dna, pairing them with the right partner is very important, most of these dogs are carriers of some genetic issues and pairing them with other dogs with the same markers is not right! I was talking to the veterinarian I take my puppies to and she said that liver failure among puppies is higher than before among other genetic issues. When people want cheap they will get cheap but healthy not always!! To be honest I don’t have a kennel, because I want to be able to give my dogs the love and attention they need, I don’t want to have more than I can handle, my program is small and I like it that way. I love my dogs and they are well taken care off, I love what I do. About 1 out of 5 of my customers have been scammed before finding me, I feel so bad for them. These scammers have no remorse and will take your money, becareful who you trust.. I always say if it looks too good to be true most times it is.. I have posted about how to becareful not to get scammed in my Informational posts; one thing I would like to mention is make sure you read the contract, if they don’t have a contract as soon as you pickup the pup, you’re on your own. I’ve seen people spend thousands of dollars at the vet to save a few hundred to get a pup from a reputable breeder. It is so sad but it’s happening so much, I guess I just wanted to put my two cents!! Have a wonderful Sunday 🤗
