Inky’s Diary for Distance Agility
(Note: Initial subscription fees go to my chosen charity, Hope 4 ME & Fibro NI.)

Inky is now two years old and my third distance-trained agility dog.

Inky’s Diary follows all her training from 4 months of age onwards.

As running is not an option for me, I train towards full independence.

My older dogs, Bean and Finn have reached Grades 5 & 6 respectively. Both were selected for the Irish team for the 2022 World Agility Open.

Bean and I travelled, and although we broke no records, I was very proud of his achievements there. This is his video:

Inky’s Diary includes training for:
- Distant sends
- Independent weaves
- Jump skills on verbals, and
- Running contacts for all contact equipment. (Yes, including a running seesaw!)

The material is available both on a webpage, and via a private Facebook group.

Most of my videos have a voice-over narration, where I try to explain what I am aiming to achieve, and talk about any issues that arise.

I am also happy to answer questions, look at your videos, and to discuss training options based on my experience.

If you would like to join Inky’s Diary, your first 3 month block is only £30, payable as a donation to Hope 4 ME & Fibro NI on this page:

https://hope4mefibro.org/donations/

Once you have made your donation, please send me, Sally Burch, a screenshot of your charity receipt via PM and I will add you.

After your initial donation, further 3 month blocks on Inky’s Diary are only £25.

If you join mid-month(as now) you will have the end of your joining month as a bonus. 🙂

Inky and I look forward to sharing our distance agility adventures with you. 😃

FINN, my first distance-trained agility dog! He achieved KC Grade 6 and has now retired.

INKY, my youngest dog is just getting started. I have recorded most of her training in “Inky’s Diary” and am looking forward competing with her this year.

BEAN, is currently KC Grade 5. He and I represented Ireland at the World Agility Open in 2022, and to my delight he made it through to the 2nd day of the Pentathlon event. ☺️

Finally JACKJACK now long retired from agility. Suffice to say we nicknamed him JackJack, Come BackBack!!! 🫣😂♥️
