Atticus collars are made from high quality Latigo Leather with solid brass hardware (nickel plated is available), rivets, decorative spots, and stones. Latigo Leather is used to make horse tack, it’s durable enough to last a lifetime and only improves with age. Before an Atticus collar is made the leather is conditioned to soften and improve water resistance. Every collar is handmade meaning the l
eather strip is cut from a side of leather then every hole is punched and every stone is set by hand. Edges of the leather are beveled and smoothed for added comfort. Being a handmade product no two will be identical. Slight variations in the collars will exist and leather shades may vary a bit from hide to hide. The hardware (buckles and rings) is available in solid brass (gold) or nickel plated brass (silver). The decorations and rim sets used with jewels are typically brass or nickel plated brass as well. The material for conchos, studs, spots, and rivets may vary, but when available solid brass and plated brass materials are used. Guarantee:
