This does not happen very often we have 2 fillys looking for new postcodes
Xanthe was born 5th June mum is Holbeache Pearl by Granevalley Elton
Xyla was born 16th May mum is Holbeache Sybil by Granevalley Elton
Both will be passported with the Suffolk society wormed tetanus jabbed and well handled
These will be going to the right postcodes who want to breed
We are Holbeache suffolks we are near kidderminster worcs

Holbeache Xander and Holbeache Xanthos both looking for a new postcode when they are weaned
Xanthos is by Holbeache Duchess and Granevalley Elton
Xander is by Holbeache Emily and Holbeache Iggy
They both will be passported with the Suffolk horse society tetanus jabbed wormed and handled really well
Xander will be weaned end of October and xanthos December

It's a kinda baling hay for the gingers today my office with clee hill in the distance
We have to make alot of hay for the winter for our ginger horses and cattle

We will be at Tenbury Countryside Show tomorrow with our Suffolk mare Holbeache Ocean bred by us Holbeache suffolks and Bemborough Mayflower bred by Adam Henson
We are doing the any other breed classes in the main ring in the morning they start at 11 30am and in the countryside ring at 1 15pm to 1 45pm
We will be talking about our horses and some others will join us hopefully to talk about the different breeds

Holbeache king is looking for a new postcode
Hes by Holbeache Earl and Holbeache Eleanor
He is 13 years old as been ridden in the past and broken to harness and bought back in to harness work again
A lovley gelding as a lovley temperament
Always ridden out with another horse
Does harness work on his own
We don't have the time to do more with him as running a farm aswell
Just wants someone with more time to carry on working with him

Ocean and Mayflower at the weekend at hanbury show

We had a busy weekend went to hanbury show yesterday with ocean and Mayflower Best Suffolk went to Mayflower and 2nd in the 2 year class
Ocean won best plaited and 4th in her class of mares she was not in the mood yesterday shes back in foal to by Elton
Then today had a surprise delivery duchess decided to foal in the field with the other mares
Bit of a pain getting them out as foal got up and the other mares wondered what was going on had to send for back up it got a bit hairy at times but all good now
Both doing well so we had a c**t by Elton
Foaling season is over for 2024
We had 3 fillys and 3 c**ts all good we done better than last year
We are still covering a couple of mares so not quite finished making babys for next year

Hanbury show today
Mayflower came 2nd in the 2 year old class and won best Suffolk thankyou Nicole Goff for your help
Ocean came 4th in the mare class
Won best plaited horse
4 suffolks altogether to day

More foals coming next year exciting we have nearly covered all of our mares and visiting mares now most are scanned in foal
The stallions can slow down now
Last foal on it's way by Elton duchess is bagging up now

Good news kirsty as been sold today to a forever home
The owner is selling them due to I'll health and can not manage them anymore
But the owner also as a 2 year old filly by colony vern to sell called Olivia shes a blank canvas not been handled very much so will be a project for someone willing to put the time in

Olivia is just a lawnmower at the moment
