A day late but had the best clip on Saturday with an old friends gorgeous cob robin. He’s quite a sensitive soul and had a touch of sedaline which he took full advantage of and had a good snooze while being clipped for the first time ever. What a fantastic boy!

When the weather is like it has been today it’s so nice to be able to do my job inside. The lovely curly decided she wanted a new hair style again so she’s had another hair cut and was a complete angel as per usual
Then tucked up nice and toasty in bed away from all that horrible rain.

What a lovely way to spend a Sunday morning with this handsome man. Have to say he was the most sweet and well behaved Arab I have ever met. We only took so long with the clip because he kept giving me kisses.
Chesney has had a blanket clip with a half head.

Fantastic morning clipping two gorgeous horses. It was so lovely to see two of my old pupils all grown up with their horses so proud and happy for them.
What sweethearts to clip especially not knowing their clipping past.
We took things nice and slowly and they were both treated to a polo for being so good.
Lottie (piebald mare) has a hunter clip with a little love heart on her bottom
Boo (dark bay gelding) has a blanket clip and no we didn’t dye his mane

Another gorgeous cob to add to my clipping collection today. The lovely Molly had a blanket clip and even decided to pose afterwards for her photo shoot. ❤️ love clipping cobs

Another member of the Royal Approach family. Thornborough Mother of Pearl (also known as Maggie Moo). This is my mums gorgeous little cob. On whom she very kindly lets me hone my skills. A dream as usual to clip and clean up. Photogenic is an understatement ❤️

Well I am immensely proud to say I have finally done it and started my own business. I am so excited for what’s to come and looking forward to the challenges ahead.

Royal approach is named after my gorgeous mare Katie (stable name). And is a perfect business name that will show the high level of care my clients will receive. After working around horses for nearly 20 years and owning my own for 8, I decided I want to branch out on my own.
