This handsome boy Buddy came for a bath and really good conditioning afterwards to help his short coat be in top shape and to help any skin irritations he has. He’s only 5 months old and already SO big! We kept it short and sweet and gave treats to be sure it was as non stressful as possible. He was the best boy!

Harley got a deshed today! This ball chasing girl is now getting up there in years and does not appreciate brushing out, but with the desheding process, the only brushing that was required was on her pants which was still minimal and only took about 10min. She did a great job and looks fantastic!

I had the privilege of grooming this gorgeous momma! Pure bread standard poodle 4 weeks pregnant! She is from Grace Poodles in North Carolina. Our Moyen poodle Skye is from them and I highly recommend their puppies! This girl was the perfect gem for her groom.

Hi there! I am a new Professional Dog groomer that cares about a quality, non-stressful grooming experience for your dog. I am constantly watching webinars and seminars to get the latest and best information from the most well known professionals in the grooming world. My skills improve with every haircut I do, and together we can achieve the look and maintenance you need for your dog! My shop has been lovingly built by my husband and designed by myself to offer a homey and comfortable groom for even the most nervous of dogs, or elderly dogs. (No stainless steel tubs!) If your pup needs it, I can groom them right in the shower they bathe in! You get a one-on-one experience with no other dogs present in the shop and no waiting in crates. Lots of good treats are provided to help make the process more enjoyable, or to train a particular behavior for the grooming process to be easier. You are welcome to stay and watch/help only if your dog is better behaved when you are present. Right now I do not film my work because I am concentrating 100% on your dog while they are in my care.

I do offer drop off grooming services for those of you that may need it. There is an extra fee depending on the length of stay.

All dogs should be up to date on vaccinations and flea medication.

About me:

I have 3 small kids that I am working to help provide for as well as homeschool them! I have worked with Eastern wildlife for 7 years raising orphaned rabbits, squirrels and song birds, then at Sylvan Heights Bird park for 2 years, then moved on to a more applicable career with dogs and cats as a kennel worker/bather for 1 year at Willow Grove animal clinic. I have been studying dog training for about 1 year on my own, and have only just this year started my grooming education and hands on learning back in January 2024.

Pricing:

All prices will start at $50 and will be adjusted accordingly up or down, to your needs, dog size and coat condition and desired style cut after I meet your dog. Give me a call so we can chat, or drop by the Parlor!

There is an extra fee for matting.

Right now my prices are on the low end as I have very little overhead cost, and I am a beginner. All prices are subject to change due to inflation and skilled labor.

Services:

Bath and full cut:

This includes a bath in a professional grade shampoo, selected for each individual dog, Conditioner, nail trim/filing, a**l gland expression if needed, ear cleaning, and full body hair cut with leave in conditioners, cologne, a bow, and picture posted on my FB page.

Bath and Tidy:

This includes the entire bathing process, and trim up around the feet, face and eyes.

De-shed:

This includes the “Close Open Close” de-shed method. The dog is washed in conditioner to open the pores and break up the sebum that is holding on to the coat. The coat then comes off in the rinse! Minimal brushing with a pin brush is used so as not to irritate the dogs skin or cause brush burn. Then the dog is washed, and the coat is conditioned again. The dog is dried, and more coat is removed with the use of a force dryer. Nails, a**l glands and ears are also done.

Bath only:

Bath only with no trim includes the full bath process, and a short brush out.

Just nails:

Eye and feet trim:

Flea bath:

This is a great way to help rid your pup of a flea infestation, so they can be placed on a real preventative. This will not rid your dog fleas entirely, but does help rid them of the majority of the flees. They will also get bathed in a soothing shampoo afterwards to help soothe itching skin.
