So hard for some to ask for help. Especially now in grief for those that are usually the helpers, asking for help can be so difficult and yet can be so important for your healing. Try to be courageous enough to be vulnerable so you can ask for help from people who can help you. Those people may be a support group, a therapist a friend or family member, a neighbor or acquaintance who shows up and wants to be there for you.
