I want to tell you the difference between my program “Dremel Like a Boss” and other programs in the industry. First...the name says everything…My program focuses on nail care first and foremost. Dremel Like a Boss can take the novice team from start to finish usually in three to six months. Second...my program is a nail care and grooming program. I leave the veterinary cooperative care items to other experts in the field. Third...I am a dog trainer first. I developed this program from a trainer’s perspective, not a groomer. This is why fearful dogs have success in my program. We approach it from the behavioral side. Many of the skills in DLAB will help your dog be ready to see the veterinarian, groomer, or professional handler. Fourth...I have a double coated breed! The program is based on my real world experience with my Newfoundlands beginning as a pet owner. I have a high maintenance breed so I understand the woes of all aspects of grooming. Trust me, I have run into every difficult scenario in over 20 years of having a coated breed.
