Went out to see this 11 week old little beaut and her lovely owners this morning to get puppy foundations put in place as she has been calling all the shots and to work on making a positive association with the crate. She managed to settle in the crate when we were sitting on the sofa, so now time to put the hard work in to allow her owners to leave the house whilst she is crated.
Going back out in a few weeks to see what progress has been made and to help them further if need be.
Time, consistency and a LOT of patience is key to helping this little girl to settle on her own but she will get there.
