TW: the 3/4 picture are after he passed but it was peaceful and he appears to be sleeping. ❤️This is a post I knew was coming but one I still never wanted to make. Last week, Rajah peacefully passed away at the age of 9 years and three months old. I had the privilege of bringing him to my rabbitry all the way from Diegel’s in Montana. Over the years he made a huge positive impact here and has many wonderful babies out in the world bringing joy to people. Rajah was the absolute sweetest buck. He loved carrots and dandelions and would let me hold his chin to give him kisses. He never once sprayed me (which is more than I can say for most bucks). He was always a gentleman. I’m going to miss his kisses, his soft fur, his binkies and his butt twitches when he got his favourite treats. He will be forever missed and forever cherished. If anyone has pictures or stories of his babies, please share in the comments. I am missing him so terribly. This is the first time in 20 years that I have not had a bunny to snuggle. I have shared a video in the last slide, the last video I ever took of him. He lived life to the fullest and I just hope he knew how loved he was, and is. Rest in peace my sweet boy. ❤️
