Leaves to Cook Fresh culinary leaves for your kitchen recipes available from our pesticide & fertiliser free garden in the Hunter Valley, NSW.

Fresh leaves and herbs straight from our garden to your kitchen - kaffir lime leaf, bay leaf, lemon myrtle leaf, rosemary and lavender are available all year round. Other herbs available in season (and subject to growing conditions!) include marjoram, sage, lemon verbena, oregano, mint, thyme, garlic chive and warrigal greens. Pick up in Singleton by arrangement, or we can post fresh leaves to you. Recipes and information also available.
