Been a busy day, I started out looking to dig up three clutched, then found a fourth clutch under one of the initial three (see the size difference). Total of 36 dug up just today, we are over 100 eggs so far.
And with this heat, I have all five misting fans blasting away keeping the pits cool(ish). The sixth fan was returned under warranty and waiting for stock to arrive.
And who says Eastern beardies don't like to keep cool 🙂
Our first clutch of baby EWD should be hatching any day now.

I've had 9 central beardy clutches laid this year and mostly very good looking eggs, except for a clutch of 10 eggs, these were nasty looking from day one! I chucked them in the incubator anyway and was about to throw them out when 1 week over due, I candled them and one had a body in it so I put them back. Now it looks like we'll have four hatch.
They do say never count your eggs lol
