I’ve been receiving a growing number of requests for black Boxers, so I want to clarify this in one place.
*Purebred Boxers come in only two colors: fawn and brindle.*
White is not a color in Boxers; it’s a pattern that can appear alongside either fawn or brindle. Colors such as black, merle, or tricolor are not part of the Boxer breed and do not occur naturally in purebred Boxers. While these colors are often marketed as “rare,” rarity does not equal quality, health, or ethical breeding.
My program is centered on preservation breeding—prioritizing health testing, temperament, structure, and function over novelty traits.
In that same vein, my breeding goals also differ from full modern European show type. My focus is on a functional, athletic Boxer with a proper muzzle, balanced structure, and the ability to work as the breed was intended. Thoughtfully incorporating American blood into European lines helps me maintain that balance while preserving temperament and working ability.
If you’re looking for a Boxer bred with those priorities in mind, you’ll likely feel at home here. If your preferences are more aesthetic first, there are many reputable breeders whose goals may align better with what you’re seeking, and that’s perfectly okay.
