Today was another drop off day and we received presents for 29 children in foster and adoptive families! We are excited to gather over the next few days and put our volunteers to work!

We love collaborating and training here at Anderson Realty. As you have likely seen or heard, there recently has been some changes in the real estate world. We pride ourselves on staying on top of all the changes and that means, learning from some of the best in the business! We are so thankful to Riley and Taylor from J Riley Williams for coming in to discuss all of the new documents and scenarios in which we would use them. Our team currently has new listings we are prepping for, listings that have just hit the market, contracts executed before some of the changes, and new buyers who have just entered the market. We are grateful we were able to talk about situations to continue to best serve our clients!

Sammy is 4 months old. She has all vaccines and is working on potty training and doing great. She knows sit, down, wait and place and practices every day. She walks great on a leash and does great in the car. Sam sleeps all night in her cage. I would love to place her in a home with another dog as she loves to play with all our dogs.

Sam has finished her boot camp and is coming back to continue to practice all that she learned. Available now 4 months. All first year shots.

Update: Sam has finished her two week boot camp and is coming back to continue training. She is working hard and ready for her new home. 4 months. All first year shots.

This pup is available now, 16 weeks old. She will be about 25 to 30 lbs full grown. Working on potty, crate and command training. Pm for more information and videos.

Update. Chance has found his forever home!! An awesome family with lots of girls to spoil him. So excited for this special pup!!
We now have Chance available and are looking for a Special home for him. PM me for details of this sweet guy. He is 13 weeks old. Sleeps in crate, working on potty training. He will mature at about 40 lbs.

UPDATE This sweetheart is going to SC to
Live with her forever family.

LAST ONE. This baby is ready for her forever home. She will be 32/37 lbs full adult size. Health tested parents and two year health guarantee. Working on crate and potty training. Super sweet and very cuddly. Coming to CNY on Dec 29 th and can bring her there.
