PLEASE REVIEW MY POLICY
before deciding to contact me
• I Raise Purebred Pedigree Holland Lops
• I am located in the Florida Panhandle!
• All of my rabbits are able to be purchased with a pedigree or without, pricing will be higher with pedigree included!
• At 4 weeks of age I will be requiring a non refundable deposit of your rabbit of choice this will hold your rabbit for you until pickup. Being a small rabbitry and putting TONS of my time,effort & knowledge into breeding these rabbits is very time consuming so when you back out last minute after you’ve reserved your rabbit it takes time for me to find a new home for that rabbit!
• Please be aware that all of my rabbits are best guesses on coloring! As they grow colors may change! No refunds because you decided you don’t like the color.
• I handle all of my rabbits from birth to the time they leave my rabbitry. That does not mean all of my rabbits will be friendly and like to be held. After they leave my care they will need time to get use to you and your scent and new environment. I do not  guarantee your rabbit will be calm,sweet,like to be handled or not bite and scratch or buck when trying to handle!
• My hollands will stay in my care until 8-10 weeks depending on how well I see they do when weaning!
• I do not hold hollands longer than 5-7 days after they are ready for pickup and arrangements have been made. You will not receive if you do not pickup between that time frame. Rabbit will go to next in line!
• I will never knowingly adopt out a rabbit that is sick!They will be healthy to the best of my knowledge when leaving my care.
• Once they leave my care I am not responsible for any of the rabbits health or vet care.
• Sexing rabbits can be very difficult when young. I do check multiple times but accidents can still be made, I do not guarantee s*x on rabbits that leave my care. I do not refund for any wrong s*xed rabbits.
• I will only take back rabbits if you absolutely can’t find a home, I do not have empty cages so you will have to provide one! please be certain and do your research when you are choosing to adopt and please make sure you are ready for the responsibility!
