🚨 We have AMAZING news about Oscar, but we’re holding off on the big reveal until we can focus on something important first.

After all these months, Oscar is finally ready to leave the kennels and start his new life, but we need to settle his remaining boarding expenses by tomorrow before his release from the kennels. We’ve managed to cover most of the costs of his boarding fee, but there’s still a pending amount of 4270 dirhams for him at Pawsome friends.

We don’t have sponsors for boarding expenses, and every dog in boarding costs 75DHS per day. Every little bit helps 🥹 Please message if you can help with a day or two of a boarding fee.

Theo, Peanuts, and Mystery are thriving! Their skin condition has improved significantly, and the skin infection is now under control. Their coats are coming back beautifully, and they’re ready for the next happy chapter in life. They are still at the vets and soon to be discharged.

Meet Gia,

Earlier this year, we were informed about Gia, a dachshund that might need a new home. The family initially decided to make it work, but unfortunately, Gia now needs a new home again.

Her previous family had another dog, and they did not get along. However, Gia does go to daycare and does very well with other dogs. She is a lovely girl, a sweetheart, and a desperate attention seeker🥰❤️‍🩹

When she came under our care some time ago, she was treated for Giardia and is now recovering after being spayed. We would love to send her to a good home once she is ready. Gia would do well in a home with someone who is mostly around. We don’t know how she is with cats just yet.

‼️Lola needs a new foster home starting this coming Friday. Her short term foster period is soon to be over.

She had a wonderful stay but her current foster family are soon to travel we need to find her somewhere to go urgently.
Lola has been recovering super well after her surgery and gaining more strength on her back legs. She cannot go to boarding as it will not be ideal for her at all😭😭 if no foster found, She will be boarded stuck in a tiny cage at the vets. Our worse worry for any rescue 😣😣

This poor puppy has been through so much. She was rescued as a fragile pup at age of 3 months old. She’s about 6-7 months old now. She’s medium size mix shepherd.

She deserves stability but we haven’t found her a good forever home yet. A temporary foster home would be so kind!
Lola is partially deaf but it doesn’t change anything in her personality, She is still the SWEETEST puppy we have under our care. She knows a few basic commands and is super smart.

UPDATE ON SIMBA, The Pomeranian rescued with broken front leg.

Simba has had a super great recovery, He’s been on enough cage rest and now also starting to use the leg which was operated on. Simba is only 7-8 months old and weights 3.5Kg. Quite small 🥹 He is such a sweetheart and friendly with other dogs.

It’s time for him to be discharged from the clinic and continue recovering at home, So we are on search to find him a ❤️ forever family ❤️

Simba is not yet castrated as we had to operate the leg first but it will be scheduled for a later date. He is also now in good health, all tests negative and vaccinated.

URGENT‼️
Foster Needed for Caramel by Monday😖

Caramel, our sweet husky puppy, needs a new foster home by this coming Monday. She is great with cats and dogs of all sizes. She really is such a happy, friendly girl.

In her current foster home, Caramel has learned so much like crate training, potty training, using p*e pads & continuous to flourish 🥹 ❤️‍🩹

If we don’t find a foster for Caramel by Monday, she’ll be returned to boarding at the vet, which is not ideal for a puppy. We can’t send her to our usual boarding facility due to pending boarding bills 🥹

Please, even a short-term foster for two weeks would make a huge difference and buy us more time to find a longer-term solution or her forever home.

‼️URGENT, EMILY UPDATE❤️‍🩹 READY TO FIND A FOSTER ASAP OR A FOREVER HOME.

A female Labrador rescued from bad pet owners. Bought as a puppy but then kept in a small crate all her life where she spent days and nights alone.
Despite all this, She is the most affectionate, amazing doggie who just wants to be loved. Emily is only around a year old.

She had a rough start with a bad ear infection and urinary tract infection due to her poor living conditions. Eating and sleeping in her feaces 😖, She is however all well and treated now.
Emily is vaccinated, spayed and we also did an Entropion surgery for her eyes.

She’s a medium-sized, chunky Labrador who is amazing with all dogs, kids, and even cats. Emily is the perfect family dog, but if we don’t find her a foster home soon, she’ll have to go to boarding. She’s already spent too much time in a cage and deserves better😭😭

Hailey’s foster period is over in just 4 days. We need a new foster home please 😭😭
Hailey is a lovely small-medium size dog. Shes around 10months old and fully grown size wise. Shes below the knee height, Wonderful with kids and also good with other dogs and cats.

If we don’t find her a foster, She really has nowhere to go 😭😭 The boarding facility we are using has couple of our long term doggies already with bills due and piling up.

My heart aches as I write this. The cycle of animal suffering seems never-ending, and it’s hard to remain positive when the number of animals in need of help increases every summer. It is overwhelming. Each time we save an animal, we know we’re changing a life forever, but the sheer number of those in need is heart-wrenching. At times, I question if what we are doing is ever enough. Is it worth continuing? Will we ever reach a point where the suffering ends?We recently announced that our organization is closed for the summer, but last night, we received a video that made me burst into tears. The exhaustion is so real. Being a small team, with no shelter and limited facilities, it’s very overwhelming. Every rescue that we take on is a labor of love. Each case demands our heart and soul, with countless tears and sweat poured into every rescue.This particular dog was found in the desert of Abu Dhabi. A farm worker took the dog in and sent us the video. Initially, we said we were full and couldn’t take the dog. He told us the dog would be released back to the desert. The thought of that was unbearable. Knowing this, we couldn’t turn away. We asked him to find the dog again, and now we’re arranging transport from Abu Dhabi to Dubai.This dog will be safe, but we need your help once more. Your support is our only hope. May God gives us the strength to pull through these hard times. Please, help us save one more life.

Around Two weeks ago, this adorable kitten was surrendered to us. Louie was gifted to a staff member of Bubbles Pets Salon by a client, but unfortunately, their living situation isn’t pet-friendly. So, we took him in, and now Louie needs a forever home!

When Louie first arrived, he was just a tiny baby, so we waited to post about him. Now, he’s a bit older and has received his first vaccine. Louie is a lovely kitten who gets along great with other cats and even dogs!
He is a Scottish Fold around two months old.

Meet Simba, Look at those sad eyes 🥹

He is a Pomeranian who was bought from a pet shop and then returned after falling from a high distance
“as we were told.” He was left without seeing a vet since the incident happened, for about 4-5 days he has been suffering in pain from the fracture in his front leg 😣😣
The owner was referred to a good vet with an estimate in hopes of reconsidering, but they didn’t want to pay the bills. They said that if we didn’t take on the dog, they would hand him over to an uncertain fate.

Now, we’re taking on another unexpected responsibility. In situations like this, we can’t stand by and do nothing. We’re hoping Simba is our last rescue until summer ends😭😭 and we plan to resume taking in rescues by the end of September or so😣

Tulip, The rescue dog who arrived recently with three puppies not her own and unfortunately is blind in one eye , has given us a surprise news today!!

She’s pregnant 🥹🥹 We were about to schedule her spay when the vets noticed her quick weight gain. An ultrasound confirmed puppies are due in two weeks🫣🫣🫣 While this means more work for us, we’re relieved and happy knowing these pups will be born into a loving environment, safe from abuse like Tulip endured.

Oscar, a young male husky we rescued 4 months ago has only experienced one short-term foster and has spent many months in boarding. We know there are many huskies looking for homes and not everyone may be interested, but huskies are truly beautiful dogs. Oscar is intelligent, loving, great on a leash, and knows his basic commands.

While huskies are energetic and might not be everyone’s cup of tea, we are begging and pleading for everyone to share Oscar’s story with friends, family, and even contacts overseas‼️‼️ Maybe someone out there will see his post and decide to give him a loving home😣 We’ve had no luck finding him a good home here, so we want to try his luck overseas or spread his story as far as possible to reach those who can help.

Blossom, The kitty rescued off the streets in critical condition, has made a remarkable recovery ❤️‍🩹
She came in with severe ringworm, an ear infection, and generally in poor health, showing signs of anemia and mycoplasma positive. She was a mess and it looked like she was living life as a stray in this heat for some time🥹 It’s been two months since we rescued her, She’s made a full recovery now, vaccinated, spayed and her hair is growing back too!
She has been at the vets long enough‼️‼️….

🚨 URGENT SUPPORT NEEDED 😞

Roy needs help 😔😔 He just got returned from a short-term foster and is back in the kennels. Despite being the sweetest, most well-behaved dog, Roy has had a tough life, changing several fosters and spending a long time at the kennels, which makes him nervous and stressed out in new situations.

Roy has never been aggressive. He’s fantastic on the leash, great in the car, potty trained, amazing with dogs of all sizes, good with cats, and great with children.
All his fosters have always said what a LOVELY DOG he is.
However, he gets nervous when cleaners or delivery personnel come over, and he tends to bark at them😣😣😣 He needs a slow introduction to new people to feel comfortable and trust them due to his past experiences. He is is scared of some men too 😔..

Roy needs a bit of training, which we sadly can’t provide, and he's been in boarding for so long that he’s losing his spark. The last time he was dropped off, he was really sad and had difficulty adjusting😭
Is there any TRAINERS that are willing to help us out with Roy please 😣 We don’t know what to do anymore and feeling terrible that he’s been in boarding for MONTHS😭

We urgently need a long-term foster or a trainer willing to help us with Roy's training, even at a discounted rate. Please reach out to us and help change Roy’s life😣

UPDATE - LOLA UNDERWENT SURGERY TODAY, PLS HELP 😭

Lola is our rescue pup that came to us few months ago in a poor condition.
She was very sick, malnourished and was under treatments for some time.
When she made full recovery she was then moved into foster care for some time, After having her in a home we came to the realization that poor baby girl Lola is partially deaf 🥹🥹 She was also showing signs of discomfort on back legs.
After further vet examination, We were told by the vets she has hip dysplasia and since she is young we can proceed with a procedure called Juvenile p***c symphysiodeusis (JPS) which is a surgical procedure used to treat hip dysplasia in young dogs. This is a minor surgery and will prevent her from severe hip dysplasia and arthritis later in life.
Since this happened all so fast, We haven’t had the chance to prepare the funds of her surgery, It couldn’t have waited since she’s growing and this surgery must be done in between the age of 3-5 months😞 So the vets decided to get it done today.

She’s been through too much 🥹🥹 Lola is a beautiful girl. She has such kind eyes and a wonderful personality. Shes so smart and cheeky too. Lola knows basic commands and her previous fosters have all goods to say about her..
‼️‼️Lola will require a 🏡FOSTER🏡 to go to recover in.

We will provide a crate and basic needs for her. She is also up for adoption❤️
With her being partially deaf and now going through surgery there is no way she can go to boarding😖

Another day, another few unexpected rescues added to the list 😞…

Last night, 4 dogs were added to our list of rescues. We were informed that they needed new homes about two months ago. However, the person who wanted to give them up disappeared until last night when we got a call that the dogs needed to be urgently dropped off at the clinic.

The adult female is blind in one eye, but otherwise, they’re all physically so far okay. They have tested positive for Giardia and are under isolation. Over the next few days, we’ll schedule more tests, vaccinations, and a spay for the adult dog.

We don’t know much about their past, but we’re happy they’re safe now. These four will be the last rescues we take in until summer is over😔😔 as we are full to capacity. We hope not to encounter more in need for a while😭 but we truly appreciate any support and understanding….

Just look at the condition these poor souls are in. Malnourished, with skin in terrible shape, and suffering from bacterial yeast infections, their past life must have been a living nightmare 😭
They are suppose to be GOLDEN RETRIEVERS…..

One of the puppies is in even worse shape than the others, with weak bones likely due to a lack of exercise, poor nutrition, and a complete absence of proper care since birth. It’s clear they have all been neglected.
The pups are now receiving the treatments they need for their skin issues, giardia, anemia, and joint supports too 🥹
Despite their rough start, these brave puppies are showing bright spirits and we’re hopeful their journey from here will be uphill 🤲🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Humanity can be so cruel, but it’s the compassion and support from our community that gives us hope 😭

This morning, we discovered something about Mama Yuki that broke our hearts. Although we’ve encountered similar situations before and have tried hard not to let our emotions take over, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to bear the pain these animals endure😞

Mama Yuki wasn’t feeling well in her foster home, so her kind foster family took her to the vet. There, we found out she has an air pellet bullet inside her body, something we were completely unaware of😭😭😭

We originally rescued her from the industrial area of Ajman with her two puppies during the rainy season. She had a litter of six, but only two survived.We had no idea she had suffered so much more than we thought😭😭😭😭😭

This pain is becoming unbearable. I never thought I’d say this, but I don’t know how much more I can hold on, as this is truly heart-shattering. Now I understand the reason behind her sad sad eyes…

Mama Yuki is now receiving the care she needs, and we pray that one day, animal cruelty will come to an end around the world.

Imagine enduring the harshest hardships life can throw at you, yet still managing to show nothing but love and warmth… This is the story of Yin and Yang, two kittens who have faced many challenges, No kitty should go through this😔

We rescued Yin and Yang after being told they were picked up off the streets with eye infections. Wrong medication worsened their condition so they were taken to a clinic.
The clinic found their eyes severely damaged and both cats were full of ringworm from head to tail .. Eventually, they were dumped at the clinic, with our organization named to take them in😖

At that moment, we were overwhelmed with numerous rescues and almost couldn’t take them, But when we were told that these precious kittens would be euthanized if we didn’t step in, We couldn’t let that happen‼️
We took them in, We had to give them a fighting chance….

Yin and Yang arrived with severe eye infections and painful ringworm. Despite the vets best efforts to save their eyes, the damage was too extensive, and both needed eye enucleation.
Now, one little boy🩵 and one little girl 🩷 these two sweet souls have transformed into the most affectionate and loving cats you could ever meet. Their blindness does not define them, their spirits shine brightly, full of love and joy, giving everyone they meet chills of admiration❤️❤️

Now, Yin and Yang have a chance at a forever home overseas in Amsterdam 🌎 We even have a flight buddy ready to take them by the 29th of July, But we need help to make this dream a reality 😭😭🙏🏼🙏🏼
All our emergency funds have been used for previous flight costs & other rescue expenses 😭

They have such a great potential but we need a total of 2561DHS to make this happen.

Meet Pepper, Young puppy found dumped and malnourished in a neighborhood in Sharjah.

posted about his heartbreaking situation. He was living as a stray, eating from bins for days. Despite saying no more rescues this summer😫😖We couldn’t ignore Pepper’s desperate situation…
It’s SOOO hard to just not do anything about it, This summer is super tough😭

Seeing him suffer was too much, so we had to step up and take him in. Now, He is safe with us and on the road to recovery but we DESPERATELY need a foster home for him.
Pepper was tested positive for Giardia and Ear infection which are treating him for at the moment, He will receive first shot of vaccine tomorrow.

🚨 Emergency Rescue This Morning 🚨

Three puppies were taken to Bubbles Pet Salon for grooming, and after realizing their condition was so critical, we did not accept them. After explaining to the owner that the puppies needed medical care or they could die, he mentioned that he couldn’t afford it and that the puppies were an unwanted litter. He asked if there was any way we could help him. Even though we have so many rescues and are not in a situation to accept more, we couldn’t turn them away because their future would be unknown😣

Immediately, we took them to the clinic. The puppies are all Giardia positive,very malnourished, dirty, and suffering from a bacterial skin infection. They are also very anemic😢
They are now under IV fluids and receiving the care they desperately need. We need help please to cover their treatment costs. We are struggling this summer 😞

Please help and share to help these innocent puppies. Every little bit helps!

💔 Heartbreakingly, Hailey has had a failed adoption💔

She was first rescued from an industrial area in Dubai with her siblings at a young age. Now, at 10 months old, she has lost her home and is very sad.

Hailey is a beautiful mixed breed, small in size and below knee height. She was just returned to us because things didn’t work out with her previous family 😞

This is her first time being at the vet and in boarding, as she always had a foster home before getting adopted. Everything is a bit overwhelming for her, and she’s finding it hard to adjust and is very confused 😣 Hailey is a people’s dog, incredibly affectionate, with a beautiful personality. She’s truly wonderful 🥹🥹

We are desperate to get her into a foster home. Hailey is amazing with other dogs and truly needs a safe place. Please, can anyone help?

Tulip, The rescue dog who arrived recently with three puppies not her own and unfortunately is blind in one eye , has given us a surprise news today!! She’s pregnant 🥹🥹 We were about to schedule her spay when the vets noticed her quick weight gain. An ultrasound confirmed puppies are due in two weeks🫣🫣🫣 While this means more work for us, we’re relieved and happy knowing these pups will be born into a loving environment, safe from abuse like Tulip endured. Any help towards their treatments is highly appreciated this summer 🥹😭❤️‍🩹 Thank you!

This summer is by far the worse😖‼️ Another dumped retriever in this brutal summer. Pets can’t survive 40°C in industrial areas or the desert. This cruelty must stop😖 Yesterday, We received a message from a concerned worker in Sharjah Industrial area about a dumped, heat-stressed dog. Despite our many summer rescues and a decision to pause intake, We couldn’t leave him to suffer. We asked the person who informed us to keep us as the last option, but since no other group had the capacity to take him in, We knew we had to do something😭😭😭 Now, this 10-month-old male Golden Retriever, whom we call Goldie, is safe with us. We’re running blood tests and will update accordingly but we need a FOSTER HOME pleaseeee‼️‼️‼️😔😔😔 If you can foster or support towards his care kindly reach out❤️‍🩹😞🙏🏼

❤️Meet YumYum While this adorable video of YumYum will melt your heart, her story is sad. Little YumYum lost her mom, who was an indoor-outdoor cat, in a tragic accident. After her mom was hit by a car, YumYum was left all alone😢 Unfortunately, her previous owner couldn't continue to care for her, so we were asked to step in and help. She’s being bottle fed with us now and so far she’s doing super well ❤️🤲🏼🙏🏼 ‼️‼️Please, please don't let your cats roam around freely. It's not safe outside. Keeping your cats indoors protects them from many dangers🥹 Also, spaying and neutering your pets is crucial to prevent overpopulation and ensure their health and safety. We should be more careful and responsible please😔🙏🏼

Kevin and Perry are looking for their forever homes. They are around 3 months old and were rescued when they were only about 45 days old. These two are the only survivors of their litter, saved by their brave mama ❤️. The puppies were fortunate to find a foster home where they could grow up with their mom, but now it’s time for them to find their own homes 🏠🩷🩵 Their foster family is traveling soon, so we are really hoping to find them homes before they leave! We want to avoid putting them in boarding at all costs; they are too young to experience kennels ☹️ With summer here, we are short on fosters and adopters, so every share helps immensely 🥹🥹🙏🏼🙏🏼 Please spread the word for Kevin and Perry 🥹🫶🏽🤲🏼
