Heart's for Hooch Foundation My name is Natasha. I am a fitness and wellness professional. I enjoy helping others to reach their personal best. My very 1st Dogue de Bordeaux.

To reach my personal best' I have a VERY BIG DREAM ;) To raise and train Dogue de Bordeaux (French Mastiff) as Therapy & Service Dogs. After the loss of my Best Friend H***h due to Heart Disease. I wanted to honor him and his breed by giving back! I adore this breed and hope to own more to train them to be service dogs and therapy dogs. As well as I've always wanted to show them and work them for their original duty as cart pullers and guardian dogs :)

It's been awhile! Just a update that we do still collect donations of recycling ♻️ We are saving for another Douge de Bordeaux puppy in honor of my 1st French Mastiff "H***h" H***h had heart disease ❤️ We lost him at 5 years old & hope to donate any additional donations to our Local Veterinarian Hospital in support of other dogs that live with heart disease 💙 Thank you for all your support ❤️

Our Story

After the loss of my Best Friend H***h due to Heart Disease. My very 1st Dogue de Bordeaux. I wanted to honor him and his breed by giving back! I adore this breed and intend to breed them to be of Service and therapy dogs. As well as I've always wanted to show them and work them for their original duty as cart pullers and guardian dogs :) When H***h was being treated for Heart Disease we had wonderful Vet’s to over see our care, but there was a need for education and equipment for testing here in Rural Nova Scotia. Our Foundation wishes to raise money for this education and equipment so we can all help other animals like H***h. We have set a beginning goal of $6000.00 to Purchase a baby Douge De Bordeaux for Show and Breeding. We will also train this puppy in a Therapy or Service depending on her temperament. Each year we will donate $1000.00 to Rural Veterinarian Clinic’s to spend on Heart Related Education or Equipment for their practice.
