When you’ve done this as long as I have, it’s inevitable to have to say goodbye to some of your favorites, but dang I wasn’t ready for sweet Ella to leave this Earth. I’m so thankful that her parents reached out after the diagnosis and invited me over to spend some time loving on her and say goodbye. She will forever be my sweet “Southern biscuit” and one of the very best dang dogs I’ve had the privilege of loving like my own. ♄ Y’all say a prayer or send a hug to a special family tonight.

One day I’m going to have a giant covered area for rainy day fun
but until then, I’ll let dogs be dogs and have fun, laugh a lot, give a lot of exit baths, and wash a lot of laundry. đŸ˜‚đŸ€·đŸ»â€â™€ïžâ€ïž About half of my current guests participated in this ridiculousness, the other half are prim & proper and would never ever consider getting so dirty. I love them all, regardless of their version of fun.

Foster mom is on vacation this week so I have a special group of guests! Marjorie and her 5 puppies have settled in the private suite and Sophie is enamored with them. They will all, including mom, be available for adoption very soon through Carolina Loving Hound Rescue. ♄♄♄
