We lost out 9 year old hen, Jadis. She was one of my first hens and loved to sit on Michael B Smith shoulder. But here she is chatting with Judy Dahlem for chicken hour, and Tony Alvarez when she was a few days old. 4/21/2015

My brother came to see Mom and he was touring my yard and found 3 avocados. They got huge.

It’s always stressful taking the babies to the Vet but even worse when you take all four and it’s raining so hard you can’t see the road. In any case all four are ready for our journey to New York on Monday. Thank you to Gregory Veterinary Clinic for getting my babies in last minute.

We are so excited to have two of your first rare Dutch Owl Beard chicks hatch a couple of days ago.

He’s ready to go to a new home. Rare Dutch Owlbeard rooster imported from Holland. We got him as a chick from Greenfire farms.
