The first set of photos were taken at 8.00 am when we arrived at the park . Thankfully nice and comfortable at this time . In the afternoon a really gentle much shorter walk through Highwoods with some of the gang that would enjoy it , the rest stayed at home in front of the fan watching Dom eat a pot noodle 🙈

Didn’t get very many photos today in fear of dropping my phone in the sea ! I was surprised how warm it was ! With dogfish Coco and mummy in the water King Rolo went out much further than he usually goes . Diggy didn’t even get a single paw wet 🙈

Coco & Rolo were having such a great splash time in the river that they attracted Teddy & Puck to join in the fun ! What happened then was a good old doggo splash pool pawty . 🥳🥳🥳

Thursday Walkies time for this little gang . Coco & Rolo are knackered! They haven’t stopped playing ball or swimming! That’s how they like to roll 😎 Frankie & Diggy prefer to waft around and leave them to it !

Funday Wednesday with helper Holly joining in the fun ! It was fun until a tractor and trailer arrived to take the Dougal’s away 🥲 We were glad we managed one last photo shoot before they got collected.

I wish I had worn my sliders today ☹️ Wonky so wanted to swim but wasn’t quite brave enough ☹️ He watched Rolo and Coco Swimming, he really wanted to have a go himself,tentatively going as deep as he could to get to where they were swimming around . He spent ages thinking about it ! I had the wrong shoes on otherwise I would have held him . Next time Wilbur ❤️

Weather couldn’t make its mind up ! Sun , humid and sometimes overcast ! I headed to Highwoods so I could grab the shade if it was needed , and then found Dougal’s! Pablo hadn’t had a turn on one until today. Pabby was proud of himself for getting on one for a photo shoot . Wish it wasn’t so overcast at this point as his moment of glory has come out dark in the pictures ☹️.You can still make out a very proud sausage face though ❤️!

A certain spaniel swam from Martello beach to Jaywick and back without stopping 🙈 I made Coco get out for a drink , but when I did I got a giant telling off! “WOOOOFFFF off auntie I want to swim !” She threw herself back in the sea and merrily swam all the way there, and all the way back !

Our Saturday trip to Colne Valley ! After last week we thought we’d go in the opposite direction which turned out to be perfect 👌
A run in with a couple of grumpos spoilt it a bit , but they disappeared into a very posh mansion which says it all 😡 !

Auntie Jerry’s batteries 🪫 we’re running low today ☹️ I was out by 7.15am to ensure Coco got a good blast should it get stupid hot again later . Uncle Steve came to the rescue at lunchtime with a much needed cream cakes boost😋We got lucky really as it was overcast enough to be out over Cymbeline in the open . We had splashy time , and Dougal posing !

We were so lucky this morning with a break from the intense heat . Auntie Holly came out as an extra pair of hands to get everyone out while we could . We had so much fun when we discovered Dougal’s! We then claimed our favourite river spot for a giant splash pawty ! What a lovely walk ! When you are stuffed under trees all week , it’s like being released from jail 🥳🥳🥳

Up and out by 8.00am to get Coco & Rolo out for their morning walk . On to the woods for the afternoon. Coco & Rolo were on one today 🙈 Coco was like a tornado 🌪️, King Rolo 💨 off on the search of Bambi ☹️.

This week will be another hot one ☹️ We will be going out early , and sticking to shade in the afternoon. Today we were joined by excellent pup helper’s Joshua & Even who were brilliant at administering water and cuddles 🥰

Arrived at Friday Woods at 8.15am ! Avoiding the heat for the pups , and hopefully bring home Bears harness that got trapped round a bush last week! It’s coming home 🥳🥳🥳 Victorious we took the pups to the river for swim and splashing time !

This was Murphy’s attitude if the lead was about to go on ! Murphy’s way or the highway 😂 . I took Wonky to the spooky 👻 tree , he was too chicken to go in it like big bro Diggy ! Maisie was after boyfriend Wonky ,and King Rolo was still very happy about the posh whistle ball he found yesterday 🥳

Coco Pops was in full tornado mode today even after two big walks ! A couple of nice nurses stopped near the hospital to stroke the pups thinking I was on my way to take them in as therapy dogs 😂 Can
Just imagine the chaos with these three pups let loose on a ward 😂🙈 Did make my imagination wander and have a good giggle just imagining what they would get up to !

Everyone appreciated the cooler conditions . Even if we have to go back under cover of Highwoods tomorrow, today was a nice break from it ! Everyone had their usual spring back !

I always call Bear Forest Care Bear because of his love of being around the trees and nature .❤️ He lived up to his name today by going into thick scrub land and escaping naked 🫢Bear was highly amused by me trying to catch him again , when I did he rolled over for a belly rub 😂 Rolo and Diggy were pretending to be saints , like they’ve never done anything naughty on a dog walk ! They had right smug faces 🙄

Highwoods was full to burst with people and dogs all trying to avoid the heat . That was until we could get to our secret unofficial paths. It’s worth a few tricky bits as met no one once we were on them . 🥳All of the pups stayed lovely and comfortable with plenty of stops for water 😎

Poochon parliamentary meeting in the park ! Rolo wasn’t allowed to listen🙈
They were discussing a raise in pawcket money , treats , toys and trips out with auntie ! Oh and more Mr Whippy’s!

Everyone ran out of batteries today after their walks . I thought let Coco go chase the squirrels 🐿️ one last time before we have to go home . I said to her “ Where’s Cyril?” “ Go get those squirrels Coco!” Nope princess tornado 🌪️ too tired to go get them !

Pluto was even more excited than usual for his Monday funday ! I was absolutely gobsmacked by how confident his swimming now is ! He finds the river and goes straight in for a long swim . He’s always loved water , just paddling though ! Now he’s a strong swimmer just like his Monday mates whom I think he’s learnt to swim like this from ? 🐶

Wonky & Rolo had some sort of zoomies competition going on ! Whatever’s in Rolo’s Yumove I need some ! Care Bear was in his happy zone where he’d made some holes in the dirt to chill in , and if he wasn’t chilling he was in his happy zone enjoying the countryside. We even found some very striking caterpillars 🐛!

Crazy busy over at the usually quiet Friday Woods! Well mannered joggers today , rare thing ! They actually stopped rather than running right at us from behind . Wonky found a toy titanic boat 🚤 in a muddy puddle , and Bear & Rolo stood together in the stream watching their tennis ball float away 🙈King Rolo went looking for sausage rolls at someone’s alone time romantic picnic . He left empty pawed ☹️

Three poochon pups , and one crazy terrier who usually plays up on a Friday, we think because Cocos not there ?Wonky was up for some ball chase , and a paddle which was enough to keep Rolo out of mischief 😆
