We had three students with us at the CIA Fall Open. Zo and Laura showed our horses Kani frá Feti and Sunna from Flying C Ranch while Evelyn showed her horse that we bred Viðar from Five-Gait Farm. All three of them did a fantastic job! We were particularly impressed with our old guy Kani for making the trip and rocking it at 23 years old!

Last training at home before the horses leave for Iowa in the morning! I can’t believe I’m crazy enough to be doing this with a four month old… but I seriously couldn’t do it without the most amazing team behind me. The most massive thanks to KC for hauling the six horses across the country for us, to my mom for supporting my maybe stupid ideas and making them happen, to David for his hard work at home to help make this possible, to my working student Laura for many long days and late nights helping me prepare the horses and to everyone who is a part of my team for doing their part to make this all happen 💖

We had a wonderful weekend at the NWIHC Fall Open at Alfadans Equestrian Arts in Newburg! I am so proud of my horses and my students for all their hard work and accomplishments. And SO SO grateful to have an amazing team surrounding me, making this possible only 3.5 months after having baby Elsa! Massive thank you to all of you who made it happen, you know who you are 💖

Our beautiful mare Aradís from Five-Gait Farm is confirmed pregnant with Viðar from Five-Gait Farm, a son of our stallion Vindur from Dalalif. Both Aradís and Viðar are ridden and loved by two of our 13 year old students. We are excited for 2025!

Vindur’s other son Viðar from Five-Gait Farm and his girl Evelyn showed off their big improvements landing them as reserve champion in Youth Four Gait and third overall in Youth Tolt amongst some very tough competition! They achieved several scores over 6.0 overall which was their goal for this season 🤩 Viðar has a truly amazing character and talent to be showing so well in the youth classes at only 7 years old.
